I ordered a piece of jewelry from Oak and Luna for my daughter, who is traveling abroad for five months. They assured me it would arrive on time before she left, even with expedited shipping. Unfortunately, they failed to meet this promise. It's breaking my heart that I can't give my daughter this gift before she leaves. No parent should have to disappoint their child like this. Let this be a caution to all buyers: do not rely on their delivery promises, especially if you need something within their stated timeframe. Truly disappointing experience.
Answer: I purchased a 10k gold necklace and emblem for Oak & Luna and got it two weeks after ordering. It was the thinnest and cheapest jewelry I have seen but my wife said she liked it, so I ended up keeping it and it broke a week later. Trying to get a replacement has been impossible, they keep telling me I will receive a return label by email in 24 to 48 hrs and I never get it. I somehow get daily advertisements from them but they can't seem to email me my label. Only could chat to communicate BIG RIPOFF

Answer: They blame FedEx for a delivery that they sent out late -as per their own confirmation of shipping email, and FedEx date stamped envelope.
Answer: I did not choose them. I was asked for a specific item and purchased it as a gift. Will never, ever purchase from them again,. No matter how good (or bad) the quality. They blamed FedEx for their own mistake (I have proof of that) and never apologized for the late delivery assuming their responsibility. I cannot support a company that blames another company for their mistakes.
