My item shipped from Israel. Although never arrived

Exactly this is a foreign scam company. Buyer beware as if you don't receive your item you'll never get a refund. I have been trying for over a month do not use this company. They send you fake banking information which my institution said is bogus. I am out my money so letting everyone know not to use this place. They are based overseas with a California placement

My jewelry that I bought from them came from California.
