How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Oak & luna?

I purchased a 10k gold necklace and emblem for Oak & Luna and got it two weeks after ordering. It was the thinnest and cheapest jewelry I have seen but my wife said she liked it, so I ended up keeping it and it broke a week later. Trying to get a replacement has been impossible, they keep telling me I will receive a return label by email in 24 to 48 hrs and I never get it. I somehow get daily advertisements from them but they can't seem to email me my label. Only could chat to communicate BIG RIPOFF

They do not have a customer service department- Unfortunately, you can contact them by email only!
