What a joke Oak & Luna is. It has been 10 weeks since my order and still no delivery. ZERO customer service, only automated replies. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
Shipping took forever, when necklace arrived cheap closure and you can't tell what the initial is.
To sendv it back they charge 30 percent.
I've reached out via email now 3 times in the last two days and no response still. Not really sure what customer service is doing?

I ordered a necklace for Mother's Day and the item took weeks to arrive after stating it had shipped. I tried to contact customer service numerous times to start a return and took forever for a response only to be told I can only get a partial refund with 30% restocking fee. Item is decent quality but not worth the price tag after seeing the item. I would not order from them again based on this experience. I simply want to return the item

I've gone back and forth with this company trying to return 3 necklaces, they were purchased as a wedding present and the jewelry is CHEAP MINIATURE POOR QUALITY. It's impossible to reach anyone, they respond MULTIPLE DAYS LATER to an online inquiry and are trying to only offer me an exchange. This is absolutely insane and this company needs to be shut down, it's a complete scam. Here's their recent response to me
"I´m really sorry that you are dissapointed wih the 3 items from your order.
Our production and design team has reviewed the photo that you sent and it seems that the item is not damaged, and was produced according to the details you've selected when placing the order.
Your satisfaction is our priority, thereofore, I'd like to offer you a free exchange of your jewelry. You can pick any other item from our website."
Here's my response back:
"THIS COMPANY IS OUTRAGEOUS AND OBNOXIOUS, THE PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE JUST CHARM PENDANTS, IT'S NOT AN ACTUAL PERSONALIZATION WITH OUR NAMES THEY ARE GENERIC LETTERS PUT ON A CHAIN! ITS UNACCEPTABLE I WAIT TWO OR MORE DAYS FOR YOUR RESPONSE AND YOU STILL HAVEN'T SENT A RETURN LABEL. I WANT A FULL 100% REFUND TO RETURN ALL NECKLACES PURCHASED. THE PERSONALIZATION YOU'LL BE REFUNDING ME IN FULL SINCE THEY ARE LITERALLY LETTERS YOU CAN TAKE OFF AND REUSE! GIVE ME A RETURN LABEL NOW. I'LL BE TAKING THE DAY TO POST REVIEWS WHEREVER I CAN TO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS CHEAP CRAP PRODUCT AND THIS PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! STOP WASTING MORE OF MY TIME AFTER I SPENT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS OF CHEAP CRAP! RETURN ALL NECKLACES REFUND ME IMMEDIATELY!"
The ordered necklace, cost 150 EUR, has never arrived! According to tracking link provided in a confirmation email says "on way" for 2 month.
RECOMMENDATION - Check Etsy to find same items for 25% less.
Super disappointed in my experience with this company. I purchased two personalized necklaces from the company - not inexpensive. I received the two necklaces in two weeks (OK - fine) and it seemed that the person who fulfilled the order decided to change the spelling on one of the necklaces. It wasn't an error by the fulfiller, it was a choice. I contacted Luna pretty upset about what had happened and they said they would correct right away and ship out express. Neither happened. It took them almost another week to correct order and then received notice that it would be here in a week from that time (not express). I can live with the fact that there was an error but taking an additional 2 weeks to correct - I don't know... doesn't work for me.
In addition to that, for the price the quality of what I purchased, if it hadn't been personalized, I would have returned both without question based on value.
UPDATE: To make matters worse - after reworking replacement that they stated they would express ship - they did not ship express and O&L sent the incorrect order again 9 days later. It took them 72 hours to respond to 4 emails I sent them informing them of the same error. Customer service response was that they would provide a "FREE replacement order". A "FREE" replacement order? As though they were doing me a favor.
After going up and down the track with them once again I requested a refund of my value on the incorrectly processed item which was $80 and they offered to give me $68. Arent' they sweet after they so kindly held my money for a month. I will never deal with this company again.
And to let you know that their email below. They never followed up with me after I provided them the order number.

I heard about Oak and Luna from a sponsored add on insta.
So I thought it would be a beautiful idea to order a bracelet with my niece's name for my sister in law's Birthday.
I put my work address for delivery, the system automatically updated it to my home address which I put in the billing. So the delivery was going to the billing address rather than the shipping address (they should really fix this).
I read the FAQs on the website, it said 10-12 days for delivery.
I received my tracking on the 12th day, which didn't even work, everytime I click on the link and tracking number, it would just take me to a page with no further information other that it's on it's way, it never told me when. I then emailed the team to find out what's going on and where my delivery is as it's been 20 days now. I never heard back from them, still till this day. So I inboxed them on instagram asking where my delivery is. Still no reply, even though it said they had read it. I kept inboxing them, they finally replied. They said I had to purchase it again and will get 30% off and they can guarantee I will arrive in 21 days. No refund of the first purchase and no response as to where that order ended up. I was surely not going to give them any more of my money. So I just gave up and took it as a loss and a lesson learnt never to order from this company again. A month later the bracelet turned up. Pointless as the birthday has now passed and I had to purchase something else to not attend empty handed. Just some advice for the company, just tell us the truth, give us an update. That's all we ask. Don't not reply and ignore your customers, it's so rude and an awful experience.
So this year I ordered a customized necklace for my girlfriend. She lives in Australia, no problem, they ship everywhere! And it's GUARANTEED to arrive by mothers day (i ordered on 4/26/2023). Get an email soon after saying my order shipped...says its in belgium. Cut to a week later. Let me check the tracking...still in belgium. Reach out to customer service. They take days to get back to me. "it's on the way" they say. Still belgium. Did the necklace stop for waffles and chocolate? Ah here's what happened or what likely happened in my opinion, judging by the circumstances. I think that they never shipped the necklace. I think that they advertised all over the internet and likely got more orders then anticipated. I think that they did this far understaffed and likely worked what employees they do have to the bone attempting to catch up. I think they had no intention of honoring this guarantee and figured that they would be able to throw a quick, cheap solution at anyone who complained (I'll get to their offer, i promise it's a laugh riot). Cut to literal weeks and dozens of emails later. They have at this point sent a "second" necklace and have made me a compensation offer: a 10% refund, and "an additional 15 dollars as a "gesture of good will" additionally i had to laugh. 30 bucks back on an order of around 150? I'd find it insulting if it weren't so funny. Maybe oak and luna isn't a jewlery company at all, but instead they are some sort of front for an internet based prank show. Ashton kutcher is this you? No but seriously, this experience was terrible. She finally did get the necklace...on MAY 26. Missed that shipping date by a bit there didn't we? The necklace itself seemed mid at best and obviously I had to get another present to replace it as my girlfriend shouldn't miss out because of this companies error. 1/10 the fact that they actually sent a necklace saves 1 point for them other than that...yikes

I highly recommend not ordering from this company. I received a piece of jewelry from them with the tag initial necklace for $120 and it was a brassy orange color. It looks as though it came from the $1.00 store. Customer service also very disappointing

I have been in contact with Oak and Luna for over a week now trying to sort out a faulty product. I received a necklace that was customised for Christmas. I have worn it for perhaps 2 weeks of that time. I have never had it in water or near perfume, moisturisers etc. It is overly worn and has scratches on it, and I am really quite upset about it, as it is no longer nice enough looking to wear it. They would not offer me a refund. They told me that it's outside of their 30 day policy and because it's customised it's too bad basically. They offered to send a replacement, but I am not happy for this because I am sure the next one will be the same. As I doubt they have changed materials and quality since December last year. They are incredibly rude to deal with and I could not encourage people more to steer clear. The products aren't ridiculously expensive but they aren't cheap either and it's not worth it. You can't have a keepsake that doesn't last.

I purchased an item from Oak and Luna which arrived faulty. Given that the product was defective, I requested a refund of the full purchase price as agreed by the company and followed their return process as instructed. The item was successfully received by them on March 4th, with signature proof of arrival. Despite multiple follow-ups, they have completely ignored my emails and have yet to issue my refund.
After researching, I found that I'm not the only one, many other customers have reported the same issue of being ignored when requesting refunds for faulty products. This is completely unacceptable and unethical business practice.
I will be escalating this matter to Australian Consumer Affairs and the media. If you're considering buying from this company, think twice. Their lack of accountability and customer service is shocking. Avoid them at all costs!

I paid for express shipping (most expensive) in order to receive my item days before Valentine's Day. They guarantee it on their website and did NOT deliver. I wouldn't have wasted my money on this garbage company had I known they would screw me over to leave me without a gift for my fiance on our wedding day. I wish I had read all the reviews about their $#*! customer service, terrible quality and constant delays in shipping.

It was the thinnest and cheapest jewelry I have seen but my wife said she liked it, so I ended up keeping it and it broke a week later. Answer: They blame FedEx for a delivery that they sent out late -as per their own confirmation of shipping email, and FedEx date stamped envelope.
Answer: I did not choose them. I was asked for a specific item and purchased it as a gift. Will never, ever purchase from them again,. No matter how good (or bad) the quality. They blamed FedEx for their own mistake (I have proof of that) and never apologized for the late delivery assuming their responsibility. I cannot support a company that blames another company for their mistakes.
