I ordered a couple of things from Oak & Luna. One item was supposed to be solid 14k gold. I spent over $600 on it.

I am currently arranging to have it tested because, after 51 years of owning gold jewelry, I'm 100% confident it's not 14k, and 90% confident it's stainless steel with an 18k or 24k electroplate! It's also low quality---the jump rings holding the chain, clasp, and pendant on aren't even soldered! Absolutely unheard of for a $600 gold necklace.

Those were the first signs of hinky business practice.

I had also ordered a $170 custom engraved bracelet that is supposed to be sterling silver vermeil. The gold on it is so orange and the bracelet is so cheap looking that it looks like it came in a cracker jack box.

I included a picture with the bracelet next to some 14k gold items to illustrate how incredibly orange the bracelet is.

The other big issue I have with them is that THEY CLEARLY SUPPRESS BAD REVIEWS ON THEIR SITE! I wrote a review two weeks ago and it's **nowhere to be found**.

THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW.

Considering the recent punitive action by the FTC against Nova Fashion LLC for this exact issue, i will be filing a complaint with the FTC to report Oak & Luna.

All in all, this company SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED. Any company that delivers questionable products and then actively suppresses bad reviews is super dubious and should not be trusted with your money.

UPDATE: FURTHER SHADINESS! The company responded to this review and said they have contacted me about my order. COMPLETE BS! NEVER CONTACTED ME! How could they, without my personal information?

A company that lies like this to make itself look like they have better customer service than they do, on top of all their other shadiness, SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED.

My husband ordered a 14k name necklace ($300+) early May for Mother's Day and it didn't arrive until almost June. It was packaged in a cheap filthy square paper box inside a bubble mailer that looked like it had been run over multiple times. The box literally had holes in it but somehow the necklace remained in one piece. Upon unboxing the necklace, we realized that it had the flimsiest twisted chain we had ever seen, not the solid boxchain it was supposed to have like the website stated. The nameplate itself seemed like it wouldn't last long either as it was extremely delicate and lightweight. Although very disappointed, I felt bad returning my gift for a refund so i agreed to let my husband have the necklace replaced with what should have been sent to us the first time.
First of all, I have never heard of a company in this day and age that doesn't have a phone number and forces you to communicate by email only, HUGE RED FLAG!
After countless emails and promises to replace the necklace, it is nearly August and we have still not received anything even tho they received our return over a month ago! That's right, we've almost hit the 3 month mark since my husband placed this order. I have never been so mad and stressed out over a gift in my life! This experience has sucked out whatever joy that necklace would have brought me and I wish my husband had done more research and seen all of the complaints against this company prior to placing his order. They have our money and are not returning our emails at this point so I think our only option is to dispute the charge on our credit card. SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! They are a joke and will rip you off like they have countless others!
