Placed an order, did not like product. Item is cheaply made and not attractive/or resemble pictures on site (in my opinion). Their return policy advertised that non personalized items can be returned for refund. It states: "New, unworn items can be exchanged within 60 days. Non-personalized pieces are eligible for a full refund, if within 30 days of delivery. Please reach out to our customer service if you wish to return an order." My item was NOT personalized, therefore qualified. I have emailed them 3x and they finally responded with their canned messaging to send them a picture, which I did. Then they responded that they would give me an EXCHANGE. I have been clear that I do not want and I advised them of their website POLICY and I should be receiving a full refund of my $150. They have not responded back to my ask of how to return this for a full refund to my card. Completely ridiculous at this point and want my $$$ back.

Service is awful. No phone number to talk to someone. Always a run around and it takes days to them respond to email. Stay away from this company

Not a happy camper

I shouldve known that is was going to be a bad experience from the point of not being able to properly track my order. I ordered two necklaces from the website, luckily they finally came in much to my dismay they felt cheap, the engraved one had a scratch between the numbers I chose. I decided to give it a go and within a weak the jewelry started to tarnish.

Scam
November 23, 2023

I clicked enter on the promo code it gave me and instead of entering my promo code, the website processed my order without any promo code. I instantly tried to cancel my order but got a response a day later saying that my order had already been manufactured and sent out. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

Store Credit

I have a store credit of $108 that I was trying to use before it expires 12/14/23. First when I tried to use it, it said expired. The second time I used it, it only applied
$5.87 of the $108. So I've emailed and waiting for an answer so far 3 days. I am NOT HAPPY!

I can't give less than one. They actually earn the one because I had to return the original item as it wouldn't fit around an adult neck and they agreed to exchange it for an 18 inch. I wore it for two days and it broke. No surprise. The chain was so fine that it should not even be made into a necklace. It was a personalized monogram with my name on it, which is worse. I can't even take the name charm off and put it on a proper chain. This is a total rip off that cost me over $300. If I take it to a Gold melter maybe I'll get 10 bucks. First photo shows the necklace beside the thinnest other gold necklace that I could find. The second photo is just the necklace and you can see how fragile it is.it is garbage.

Delays delays delays

I've purchase an item with Oak & Alina on Sep 7, at this moment still have not received my item and no one has made a resolution on how to fix this. Beware, do not purchase a gift if you're expecting it to arrive on time or at all.

Horrible Experience

Do not purchase custom jewelry from Oak & Luna. I paid for urgent shipping as the custom necklace I purchased was time sensitive. The original received date was 9/1, then it was 9/5 only to check the tracking and the true delivery date was 9/6. I had to change the address given the delivery date was based on travel dates (which is why I paid the extra fee for urgent shipping), now customer service is telling me they have to ship the package back to Israel to turn around and ship it to the updated address in the US. This means I am looking at a 2-3 week delay from the original delivery date of 9/1. All they offered was a 10% discount. If you don't mind getting your jewelry a month later, and it isn't a purchase for a time sensitive gift then Oak and Luna may be for you. At a $500 price point for the necklace I purchased I would expect much more.

It's beautiful but not to happy that after a month it started tarnishing,it's 925 silver. It shouldn't start tarnishing that fast,plus it's a hassle to clean all the links.

I ordered the sterling silver compass necklace. When I received it- it did not look like the picture on the web site. Mine had one chain attached to a cheap looking o- ring that was then attached to the bale of the pendant. It should have been TWO chains linked to the bale with no o- ring. I contacted via email the company who said they would make it right. They told me I had to return the one I received which was fine and that they would forward a return label within 48 hours. What a joke- no way should it take 48 hours to forward a return label. Long story short...after repeated attempts by me to resolve the issue- I never heard from them again.

So this year I ordered a customized necklace for my girlfriend. She lives in Australia, no problem, they ship everywhere! And it's GUARANTEED to arrive by mothers day (i ordered on 4/26/2023). Get an email soon after saying my order shipped...says its in belgium. Cut to a week later. Let me check the tracking...still in belgium. Reach out to customer service. They take days to get back to me. "it's on the way" they say. Still belgium. Did the necklace stop for waffles and chocolate? Ah here's what happened or what likely happened in my opinion, judging by the circumstances. I think that they never shipped the necklace. I think that they advertised all over the internet and likely got more orders then anticipated. I think that they did this far understaffed and likely worked what employees they do have to the bone attempting to catch up. I think they had no intention of honoring this guarantee and figured that they would be able to throw a quick, cheap solution at anyone who complained (I'll get to their offer, i promise it's a laugh riot). Cut to literal weeks and dozens of emails later. They have at this point sent a "second" necklace and have made me a compensation offer: a 10% refund, and "an additional 15 dollars as a "gesture of good will" additionally i had to laugh. 30 bucks back on an order of around 150? I'd find it insulting if it weren't so funny. Maybe oak and luna isn't a jewlery company at all, but instead they are some sort of front for an internet based prank show. Ashton kutcher is this you? No but seriously, this experience was terrible. She finally did get the necklace...on MAY 26. Missed that shipping date by a bit there didn't we? The necklace itself seemed mid at best and obviously I had to get another present to replace it as my girlfriend shouldn't miss out because of this companies error. 1/10 the fact that they actually sent a necklace saves 1 point for them other than that...yikes
