Totally a scam do not use this company. I have had numerous emails with this place since May trying to get a refund that they refuse to supply for non receipt of an item I ordered. They keep sending me fake bank information that my institution claims is not valid and suggested they mail me a check but they refuse to pay me back. All they do is keep sending me the same fake credit information so I am out my money. This is a horrible company with zero customer service I would not use them or recommend anyone else does ever. Buyer beware!
I placed an order the first week of dec for a necklace with our new born baby's name. It was intended to be her Christmas gift and had latest date to receive dec 22. It's now Jan 12 and I just got it. I went back and forth with support and they said for the inconvenience they'd send a pair of earrings with the reordered necklace (they didn't come with the order). I'll never use this site again. They screwed up both orders and ruined my wife's Christmas surprise.
Jewellery broke. Trying to get reply to emails about replacement. No use. The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because I could not write the review with none! The customer service is absolutely upsetting as its frustrating not getting any help with faulty items.
I placed and order on April 21 for a Mother's day gift. The site stated the package would arrive between 05/01/2020 - 05/05/2020. The package did not arrive on May 5th as promised on the website. I emailed them on May 5th to ask about my order and they responded the next day to only ask me to confirm the mailing address then I haven't heard anything back about when it will arrive. I checked the tracking and it shows that they didn't even ship my order until May 6th even though I placed the order on April 21. Now the package isn't going to arrive until May 11 after Mother's day. Also, there is no customer service phone number and good luck getting them to respond through email.
I ordered the sterling silver compass necklace. When I received it- it did not look like the picture on the web site. Mine had one chain attached to a cheap looking o- ring that was then attached to the bale of the pendant. It should have been TWO chains linked to the bale with no o- ring. I contacted via email the company who said they would make it right. They told me I had to return the one I received which was fine and that they would forward a return label within 48 hours. What a joke- no way should it take 48 hours to forward a return label. Long story short...after repeated attempts by me to resolve the issue- I never heard from them again.
Ordered necklace three weeks ago. Cant get an honest response as to where my order is, when I can expect to receive it. I keep getting apologetic customer services responses but no valid information about my order. Very disappointed. I will be spreading the word about my experience.

I ordered a name plate necklace from here. I tried to cancel my order 2 days later. My wife said the necklace looked cheap. I then looked on a local jewler's website and found the same thing just better quality. When I asked for a refund I have to forfeit 30% of my refund because its personalized. So I stop the process long before it ships and you can't work with my on a refund? Buy local not from over seas. Melting it back down is not worth $50.

I ordered a necklace which when delivered was incorrect. I thought getting it fixed would be easy but that is not the case. They are slow to respond and send pre-written responses. And their options for fixing the problem are not on par for the prices they charge. You can find similar on Etsy.
Ordered at Thanksgiving for Christmas. Necklace came with broken clasp. Although website was still offering guaranteed delivery by Christmas and I contacted them Dec 14, they would not expedite the replacement. I contacted them on Dec 14, 17, 20, Jan 5, and again today. Still no replacement, nor any verification that it has shipped.
For the most part I love and have already worn my jewelry I had designed. 2 necklaces one with my first name, the other with my last... I really do like those and think they were made really well. I also purchased these "vintage treated" black pear shaped diamond studs that I LOVE
Only product I wasn't impressed with was the gold bar necklace that I had engraved.
The quality of the plate just seems cheap and a lil cheesy
Item ordered for Mother's Day... paid for express shipping to have it arrive in time. Was "guaranteed" by May 8. Website states that they updated their delivery estimates to account for COVID related delays.
Didn't arrive in time for Mother's Day, I emailed and a generic computer generated email eventually was sent back to me asking me to confirm my address. Upon doing that, their only suggestion was to continue to wait for the item.
I contacted American Express and disputed the charges and at their advice will refused acceptance of the jewelry should it ever arrive.
I recently received a necklace that was not as ordered, there was a piece missing. I emailed and, after sending some pics of it to Maria at customer service, I have already received a replacement piece, correct this time and free of charge as well as free postage and 30% off a future purchase within the next 6 months. The necklace was a birthday gift for my daughter in law so I was lucky that my son took her on a holiday and it has arrived before they have! Although I was initially disappointed I can say that I was extremely impressed by their prompt and efficient customer service.

I never got earrings that were supposed to be shipped in time for Christmas. I contact the "help desk" via email, because that is the ONLY way you can get in touch with anyone from this company. They offered me 20 dollars to re order a different pair of earrings from their site... cool, I placed my order for a new set of earrings that I had not originally picked out. Now, those earrings are out of stock and I never got a shipment. I have paid money for earrings that I have never received, can not contact anyone about it unless its through a stupid email, and they are still giving me the "run around" and not giving me a refund after I have asked multiple pile times. At this point, I am tired of dealing with the company and I just want my money back. This has been a terrible experience.
I wish I would have checked reviews before I purchased. They built in a 2" extender in order to make my chain long enough. Horrible quality control; horrible customer service. I will never order from this company again.

I purchased a gift for Mother's Day from Oak and Luna. It was jewelry and they mailed it in a cheap plastic envelope in an obvious attempt to save money. They box arrived crushed and I reached out to customer service for help as this was a huge embarrassment. They offered no help whatsoever. This company is garbage.
I paid for expedited shipping and was supposed to receive the necklace today. The USPS tracking number says it is still waiting to be received from the shipper. I emailed (there is no phone number or live chat) and received an automated reply ensuring me that it has shipped and I would receive it by the date listed for expedited shipping (today). The mail came and it did not have the necklace. There is no way of finding out where it is or if it shipped as they have not returned my reply to the automated message letting them know the tracking number shows it not being received from the shipper.

What a joke! Why pay or offer a "guarantee delivery" when you receive a random email saying - sorry not going to happen cuz we're busy, but here's a video! Plus, you'll love the product if you ever receive it, LOL.

Answer: They blame FedEx for a delivery that they sent out late -as per their own confirmation of shipping email, and FedEx date stamped envelope.
Answer: I did not choose them. I was asked for a specific item and purchased it as a gift. Will never, ever purchase from them again,. No matter how good (or bad) the quality. They blamed FedEx for their own mistake (I have proof of that) and never apologized for the late delivery assuming their responsibility. I cannot support a company that blames another company for their mistakes.
