Very disappointed in nzsale, tried many times to make contact about a faulty product. This happened the day it arrived when my 8 and 9 year old lay on it. It was not inflated.

Shipping at the latest estimated 15th of this month... It is now the 21st and still nothing.
Says its arrived in New Zealand but idk.
You would think by the name NZ Sale it would be from within Aotearoa but no they're based in Aus.
Anyway Im not mad, just disappointed.
I have received my package from china which I ordered a day later, so no excuse.
Good customer service and I'm sure the product will be fine however shipping is a no go if you need your item for a certain date. Something for the company to work on.

Ordered a a kids tablet for my 2 year old god daughters Christmas present. Requested a return a few days later as it does not set up properly. I got denied. I have been trying to return this now since the 27th of December and just keep on going around ion circles. Never again will I be buying of NZ sale. I a prop buyer for Film and TV and have never had such difficulty returning an item.

I've been using nzsale for awhile. You do get some great deals but be careful ad there is also some s#*#... for example jewelery they claim is originally hundreds of dollars and sell it for next to nothing. Ive sent every bit of jewelery back as it's all been cheap and nasty quality
In the last 2 weeks I have ordered a bar leaner and 4 stools and a foot and calve massager. Both items were reasonably expensive, order accented and paid for only to find out days later, they can't fulfill my order. I don't believe they ever had the items to sell in the first place and I messaged and told them that.

Ordered a gift for my sister on the 4th of October and it said it will be delivered within 14-21 days.It's been over a month now and the order has been in transit for a while. When queried nzsale as to when the order will actually arrive, was told to wait 2 more weeks when I had ordered quite early so that it would be here in time for my sisters special day next Wednesday.It is very disappointing and appalling for nzsale not to keep to their agreed delivery timeframes. I also ordered something last week from USA which has already been delivered but nzsale order which is being shipped from USA is lost in transit.

I have returned the item only after getting confirmation from Tariq that I can return it as I was as packing error.

It's been 7 days today since the item has been received by Olga and I am still waiting for my refund.

I've waited for my order for a month and then they cancelled my order due to a well known error they have on which they miscalculate the number of items ordered from customers and order less from the supplier then all i get after a month of holding my money oops it's the supplier's fault he sent us less items than ordered and here's your money back! Really you took my money got your self a nice bardgain/profit and returned my money back! Talk about zero customer satisfaction and service!

First the positive things. Order was easy and the products came two days after the expected delivery.
But the products I ordered and seen on the photos on the website and what I got delivered are so different from each other.
The best product of the order is the Turtle Neck Sweater. The fabric is thinner than expected but it is nearest to the images on the website but even the size is correct for my body the arms are 5cm to short and I am average tall.
I did order one Turtle Neck Long Sleeve and unfortunately it is pretty much see through. The fabric is that thin, I can not even wear a Tee or anything underneath as it looks straight through and wrinkles badly.
Then I ordered two Turtle Neck KNITWEAR sweater. Fabric really poor quality and super thin again. Another see through suitable for the bedroom hours only. Furthermore the sweaters are way to short, way shorter then what is shown on the images. So even with a high waist jeans it is not wearable.
Beautiful products and images on the website but sadly none of this products arrived at my place.

Waited 6-7 weeks for the item, after they said delivery estimate by 31st MAY. The item finally showed up on the 2nd JULY. They did refund my delivery upon request.
Get this though:
Wrote a review on trustpilot and they tried to have it removed because they're attempting to hide well deserved negative feedback.
Be honest with your customers about delivery estimates and maybe this wouldn't happen.

This mini scale took more than 3 weeks to get here. Though it looks as if it should weigh to. 01 gms, it is not even accurate to. 5 gms. Very disappointed.

Great website for Flash sales. Have purchased from them multiple times and haven't had any issues. Some items postage is quite long but all my products have always arrived within the delivery date so no issues there.

I have been buying from NZ Sale for years and on the whole I'm pleased with what I get. However my last order was for a rose coloured knitted cardigan boho style, looked fab in the photo. After paying on 3 March and waiting it arrived on 8 April from China. Open packet to find a baby pink ugly thing that looked like granny had knitted it! It was nothing like the photo but a cheap rip off copy. I did not expect this from NZ Sale and complained - they immediately refunded my money and said no need to return which makes me think they have had lots of complaints, but they are still selling this brand on the website. I would never use this company again, nor would i recommend it. I made an order, 5 times they changed the estimated delivery date. By the way nothing comes out of nz despite the name, doesnt come from Australia either where the site claims to be from, it seems there products come out of china. So after afew emails they told me my items had arrived in there warehouse in Australia and they were packing them for dispatch to nz and they will be sent in afew days. Today on the 5th time revised day of the estimated delivery i have an email saying my order has been cancelled as the supplier had insufficient stock. I am very anoyed about this as i wasnt just buying junk, it was special formula bottles for my baby. Rubbish company, rubbish service

If I had read all the reviews before purchasing from NZSale I would never have purchased from them. I did read the reviews after purchasing from them and was very concerned, wondering if I would ever receive my packages at all and if they would be inferior products.
Yes it took ages for my goods to be shipped I was told by another customer they don't ship your goods until after they are no longer for sale on the website (not sure if this is true or not) They did not seem to ship them until they were no longer advertised so possibly this could be the case, although there is no mention of a delay or how impossibly long it will take to receive your order!
I did chase up my order a couple of times and was concerned that I also received a standard generic reply the first time. The second time I actually got a valid tracking number which said I should receive my goods soon. Because of all the negative reviews here I was very sceptical.
Anyway the end result is that I received my goods today and I am very happy with them - they are quality goods at a great price. I did have to wait a few months for my order to arrive, but I am also waiting for orders from NZ based stores to ship my orders. Right now you expect delays with the backlog from Covid 19 I suppose. With there being so much negative feedback I wanted to even the scales a little, because I am honestly satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend them if you don't mind waiting up to a few months to receive your order. They do have some great sales just saying. At first I thought I would never order from them again after reading the reviews and then the huge wait. However, even though I was a bit frustrated with the wait I would consider buying from them again if I really wanted the item knowing I would have to wait? I guess if you are aware of this, its not so bad. Also in regards to customer service they responded quickly to my messages.
