I was wondering if could get a refund for Ivanka's shoes I purchase from Nordstom? As for Nordstrom staying out of politics, they are that is why they dropped her line. They are in BUSINESS FOR MAKING MONEY!
I ordered a 99 dollar Christmas gift from amazon and it was susposed to get delivered to Nordstrom and I never got it and its 3 days after Christmas and I asked for a refund and never got my money back

I have been a Nordstrom cardholder and shopper since 1986 (31 years). I have spent many thousands of dollars over those years shopping for myself, husband, two daughters and their husbands, young grandchildren, friends and relatives. My two daughters went to school with many of the Nordstrom children here in Bellevue, WA and we have had many interactions with the Nordstrom family at philanthropic events over the years. For Nordstrom's to use their business to push their political views is both disappointing and against everything our country stands for. Shame on you Blake, Erik and Pete Nordstrom, you have chosen not to sell items to all your customers. You need to apologize to your customer base for mixing your political views with business. You have lost my entire extended family as customers. Nordstrom's needs to respect all of your customers not just the ones who support your political views. You should remain neutral and compassionate toward all Americans. You come across as greedy, hateful and bitter that your favored candidate lost the election. I can predict you will live to regret this poor decision to politicize taking the Ivanka Trump line out of your stores completely. You could have just done it without the announcement- very telling move.

Let me tell you first by saying what a joy and treat it is to walk into a beautifully designed Cosmetic Department. So many choice's beautifully displayed especially the Charlotte Tilsberry.
But, it's the curious warm and inviting staff that keeps me coming back for more.
Both Managers Kelly and Louis are spectacular especially Louis who went up and beyond to help me after my cosmetics either were old or had developed a bad smell which caused me to repurchase three quarters of my make-up and creams. I have him on speed dial for when ever I have a question. His pleasant nature, sweet charm and his willingness to go beyond to help a client is extraordinary. Although I only met Kelly briefly she too has that same ability and you can see the staff is happy and pleased to work for them as well as this Nordstroms location.
Lou's is just as lovely it's like greeting an old friend you need more like her. Alice Tracey the Buiness Mgr. For Anastasia Esthetician. She turned my Leonid Brezhnev eyebrows into works of art. I'm so pleased with my last two trips. I'm thinking about applying for a seasonal position.
I'm just about to turn 59 and like to take care of my skin.Always looking for that new lipstick to add to the collection or just to buy an old favorite it helps when the staff and friendly which just makes your day even if it's just a pretty new lipstick or blush. Maybe some new colored mascara from my favorite Lancôme's Hypnose 8. Oh by the way now comes in blue and brown. You can always treat yourself with a new mini size Idole' mascara@ 16.00 give it a try under your current. I work overnight at a gas station and I know one would think it's laid back but I like to be Beautiful on the outside as well as I'm in the inside. I luvvvv my sales associate experience/not only did she have a great sense of humor/she also had agreat scent of fragrance. I was in perfume heaven/i could shop for my favorite scents all night o the telephone with her, but we both knew i had t give it up and let her go. Here's my review: Don't bother shopping here I spoke with CS agents four times about not seeing movement on my package each and every time I was assured that the item has shipped and that it was moving and would be delivered to me by 11/8. This morning the tracking still shows as shipped I once again called between each and we should be that the item will be delivered by the end of the day the end of the day came and went and when I called again and looked at my order on my profile that item was returned and I was charged for the return label. Nordstrom rack will not try to make this huge inconvenience up to me a loyal customer since day one. Kristina the lead I spoke to would only offer expedited shipping and told me that if I was unhappy then Nordstrom, Nordstrom did not need my business. The Nordstrom name use to mean anything. Also Jess on there Twitter account said the same thing that Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack did not need my business. This company had idiot employees that were seeing imaginary tracking information and due to their delay the item sold out and they could care less. Never ever will I do business with this company again and neither should you! You have been warned!
I did an alteration at Nordstrom and the sales person told me that I would get it done free since I have been using the Nordstrom rewards card. When the seamstress came I double checked with her and she aslo assured me that I would get free alteration. I was supposed to pay and they would provide the refund in a Nordstrom note towards a future purchase. Well, I never got the note and when I inquired months later this week, they told me that they cannot give it to me since I had opted out of the providing my information to their partners. I told them that I would not have gone for their expensive alteration if the sales clerk had not assured me that I was going to get it free. But they couldn't care less. This after 20+ years of being a loyal customer. They certainly proved to me they are a wolf in sheep's clothing. Recently their clothes on sales have been crappy anyway. I am all for Bloomingdales nowthat have much better looking clothes and quality. Being on the West coast I have to order online from them, but they also have free shipping and returns. Thank you Nordstrom for letting me know that you care two hoots for your customer!
I have attempted to order 4 different times from Nordstroms in the past 5 months. 4/5 of my orders were never fulfilled or delivered. I received confirmation emails, your order has shipped emails and then nothing. The date for delivery came and went and when I called to track the package, suddenly the items are no longer availalbe (though the website still shows the item is in stock). Customer service reps are dismissive and their apologies are robotic and insincere.
The most recent purchase was a Mother's Day gift and not only was the store completely apathetic about my item not arriving by Mother's Day despite me ordering the item more than a week before AND the item being available at the Nordstrom's in the next town over, they claimed there was no way to fulfill the order in an expedited manner for my inconvenience. Not to mention I was transferred about 7 or 8 times and received conflicting information from each representative I spoke to. I have STILL not gotten my refund and the item has not been sent to me. Further, this item is still CURRENTLY AVAILABLE on the website! I am outraged and completely dissatisfied and will shop at Neiman Marcus or Saks going forward.
Nordstrom's could learn a thing or two from Publix, Chick-fil-A and Amazon--each of these companies strives to provide extraordinary customer service and they LISTEN and take steps to resolve any issues to the customer's satisfaction. Nordstrom's doesn't give a damn about it's customers and it shows!
Without notifying a customer - me. I've been online shopping with nordstrom's for a LONG time, for clothes, shoes, and makeup. I've always been a happy customer - shipping and returns are free and reliable. In the 8+ years I've shopped online, only 1 package has been missing. Then in Jan. 2016, a Jo Malone perfume oil I had purchased at Christmas time was missing. The odd thing was that there was NO TRACKING info online, like they usually do. The customer rep told me it was 'odd' but their system said it was fulfilled, even though there was no UPS tracking number. Since she can't track it herself, she replaced the order. A month later, I ordered Clinique items and a GWP. I received a confirmation but never a shipping notice, so I called customer service. They told me that my order was canceled. When I asked why I wasn't even sent a courtesy email that they couldn't fulfill it, I was told that their system cancelled it because the 'system' thought I had already received a Clinique GWP and there is a limit of 1 per customer! I told her to check my purchases and they didn't find any other Clinique purchases. She tried to explain several other possible reasons, but none of them held water or applied to me. She was apologetic and got back to me in a timely manner to try to explain what happened, but wasn't able to give a valid reason. I feel offended and disappointed with Nordstrom's. I haven't shopped with them since Feb. Except to use up a a few remaining giftcards. Just took away the fun of online shopping for me. I don't need the aggravation.

Have ordered 2 items that have arrived incomplete. First was a cargo jacket with a drawsringbat the waist. It was drapey, loose-fitting and arrived with the drawstring removed. Have no idea how that would've happened since it was something that was threaded through at the waist. The jacket was low stock when I bought it, and once it arrived defective, of course it was then sold out. I improvised and bought a substitute that I was able to use after I fed it through with a safety pin. Second was a 2 piece dress suit for 200.00. The sleeveless dress arrived without the jacket. I was bummed because the dress was sold out on several other sites. Honestly, if you dont have the dress in stock, dont try to sell me half the dress! Of course, no more in stock. Upon complaining to customer service, I asked for a 10 or 15% credit toward my next purchase (should there be one), for my inconvenience. They could've given me a coupon code or something. I was politely told by a manager that giving "compensation" is just not something they do at Nordstrom, to which I replied "ah but selling incomplete articles of clothing at full price IS something you do at Nordstrom..." And then I thanked them for wasting my time and informed them I would no longer shop their site. At least initial and return shipping was free, but disappointing and annoying.
I did not recieve my packages- i was suppose toreceived my $400 purchase in 3 parts- 2 packages i received no problem
The largest package- about $200 of product- i got text it was delivered.
Im at home working,at my desk,at the window on a cul de sac with a ring doorbell.
I immediately notify it was not delivered( im thinking the driver delivered to wrong address)
Instead of contacting the driver they tell me they will request refund- i say no i want the merchandise- they say no you will have to reorder( this is the annual nordstromsale where items sell out). So im resigned to refund; i assume it was credited to my account
Several months later im reviewing my account and see i was never credited.and i was not contacted
On closer inspection it says you will get email if approved.
I contact them and they say it was denied- no reason why.
I order from amazon and i have never had a package compromised,plus i was home- it is clearly a dri ver /delivery issue

Answer: I have bought a fair number of designer handbags and sunglasses from Nordstrom. In all cases (depending on designer) the handbags were marked inside by the designer, where the item was made, usually a serial number and often a certificate of authenticity. This is especially true of the couture items i. E. Prada, Yves St. Laurent, etc. I have never questioned an items authenticity that I purchased from Nordstroms. They are way too big to risk their rep on fakes.
