Have ordered 2 items that have arrived incomplete. First was a cargo jacket with a drawsringbat the waist. It was drapey, loose-fitting and arrived with the drawstring removed. Have no idea how that would've happened since it was something that was threaded through at the waist. The jacket was low stock when I bought it, and once it arrived defective, of course it was then sold out. I improvised and bought a substitute that I was able to use after I fed it through with a safety pin. Second was a 2 piece dress suit for 200.00. The sleeveless dress arrived without the jacket. I was bummed because the dress was sold out on several other sites. Honestly, if you dont have the dress in stock, dont try to sell me half the dress! Of course, no more in stock. Upon complaining to customer service, I asked for a 10 or 15% credit toward my next purchase (should there be one), for my inconvenience. They could've given me a coupon code or something. I was politely told by a manager that giving "compensation" is just not something they do at Nordstrom, to which I replied "ah but selling incomplete articles of clothing at full price IS something you do at Nordstrom..." And then I thanked them for wasting my time and informed them I would no longer shop their site. At least initial and return shipping was free, but disappointing and annoying.

I have ordered a few things from this website, and some of them have been fine. But I have ordered two baskets, neither of which were cheap. One of them came very lopsided. It is just the way it is weaved. It does not sit straight. I bought it to put a plant in in my living room. Another time I ordered a large sculpted basket called a pumpkin basket. When it came, the entire side was caved in. And it wasn't damaged, I believe it was just made that way. I attempted to pop the side back out oh, but it would not go. The box it arrived and had not been damaged at all. So that leads me to believe they actually shipped it to me this way. I don't know why they ship out items that are clearly not made correctly. Those should be discarded and not sold. Then I had to go through the trouble of asking for free return shipping since I received a defective item. Which they did honor

I received flyers in the mail from this company for 25 or 30% off. Also every time you go to their website there is an advertisement across the top of the page stating they have a percentage off with a code. It only says brand exclusions apply but will not specify which brands. Apparently it is EVERY brand that they sell because nothing I ever have in my cart will qualify for any promotions. I understand some expensive brands cannot have discounts applied, but I even tried to purchase a $25 belt one time and the discount would not apply to it either. I don't know why they advertise for sales that they never intend to give you. Very annoying

Ive ordered from Poshmark 5 times. Only 2 of the items ever shipped, the other 3, I had to receive refund for. I will say that poshmark was quick to answer my initial email with a response that they had attempted to contact the sellers and if it had been 7 days since I made the purchase, I could request cancellation and refund. I did make requests and if they dont hear back from seller within one day of their contacting them, they do issue a quick refund without any trouble. I guess my issue is that there is no repercussions for the seller that never ship items, as these people are still selling things today. Also, there isnt anyway for you to contact the seller yourself or even leave a negative review for them to warn other buyers. I will not be using posh mark again.
