They do not give you your refund even after you send shoes back. I have the tracking and they have received it and even after I have called them 13 times and they keep telling me they will check into it I have heard nothing. Worst customer service ever! Look at all the complaints and do not shop here. I filed a report with the BBB and also contacted my credit card to start a dispute.

Fantastic customer service that matches prices from competitors (even during black friday and cyber monday). I recommend the chat option! Much better than other high end department stores. Easy returns!

"Nordies" has been, and is, a favorite store, and continues to produce eye-catching products. Equally noteworthy are the myriad lines of clothing--from designer to plus-size--and always offers upscale cosmetics on. Reluctantly, I did not award 4-stars because while I consider Nordiestop-level, replete with free-shipping and "no-questions" returns, clothing-quality has diminshed considerably in the last decade. This is probably due to competitive-pricing offered by Nordies which seems accomplished by (too) extensive, overseas manufacturing. Sadly, the trend makes it difficult to shop Nordies as frequently as was my previous and preferred practice.
I recommend Nordies, however caution online purchasers. Sometimes photos of merchandise do not relay the truth of presented products, "item description" notwithstanding.

To remove Ivanka Trump's clothing line from your stores is typical of the ugly, vicious, loser "Leftist" misbehavior since President Trump's inauguration! I will NEVER set foot in a Nordstrom's store again! Furthermore, I will discourage all of my friends and relatives to do the same!

Very disappointed
October 30, 2022

Ordered a gown from Nordstrum. I received the gown two week prior to the occasion. The dress had already been used. The zipper was broken and the front top of the dress was frayed. Not enough time to order another dress so got that one altered and fitted. The dress was ready 5 days before the occasion. I tried the gown on when I got home to find that the zipper was never fixed and the left strap was never altered. Four days before this special occasion I'm going back to Nordstrum to get the dress fixed again, mind you I work a fulltime job and now I'm going back and fourth to Nostrum. They did have the dress ready by Wednesday and the occasion was happening on friday. This was nothing but an upsetting and also very disappointing experience at Norstrum... Never again will i ever purchase from this store again...

Horrible service

Do not buy on sale ahoes online because they will keep sending you the wrong size. I bought twice the same shoes in women's size and they keep sending me in men's size. When you call customer care they tell you that you got the right size, lol I have eyes. Do not buy there. They laugh on your face.

When visiting Nordstrom at Tacoma Mall in Tacoma, Wa. I ordered a pair of shoes. They were to be mailed to my home in Ca. When they did arrive they had shipped the wrong shoes. It is a bit complicated to explain all on this review. I finally talked
To Dwight Satos, the Co-assistant Manager of shoes. He was so helpful.He went out of his way and beyond expectations to correct my problem. Because of all the troubles I was not charged for the
Shoes. Boy was I impressed! Now that is what makes me a
Real Nordstrom customer! This is so typical of Nordstroms.
I always feel that I am treated fairly. But this just added the
Frosting to the cake!

Just FYI, from what I remember, Nordstrom began as a shoe store, and would meet your needs, whatever they may be. They will sell one shoe to anyone with only one foot, or sell shoes of two very disparate sizes to someone who may have two feet of very different sizes, to this day.

Worst service
October 27, 2020

Bought $1490. 00 boots last week and two days later got shipping truck with Eedex and in one week the trucking says they have not received the item and it says delivery date today. Really in one week $ 1490. 00 boots was not delivered to FedEx or was no one called FedEx to come and pick up from store. It's not a cheap boots.
Nordstrom service is getting worst and worst by day. I will return the boots and will buy it from Gucci store to get a better service. At least get my boots a week later or someone provide me with information about the boots. Sad but this will be my last purchase from Nordstrom.

I have been shopping online in their plus size departments and the clothing is just top notch. Their return policy is generous as long as you leave the tags on, so I just love ordering from Nordstroms long distance from CT.

Yesterday was my 2nd time that i tried to order from Nordstrom online and it is second time my order cancelled!
Was waiting a long time till my favorite pair of shoes will appear there in the colour and size i need... few times a day checking in the site... finally it arrived! I was so happy!
Really dissapointed with such a service! Unbeleivable it happens to me every time i try to order in Nordstrom!

I just returned from shopping at Nordstrom in Cherry Creek and wanted you to know what a wonderful experience I had. First, the fact that a live person answered my call and directed me to another live person in Lingerie was very impressive. I received excellent service from Karly Thomas, Certified Fit Specialist, who was extremely attentive and patient until she found just the right bra for me. I asked if they ever go on sale and she mentioned that the purple ones were available for $26.00 less than the nude ones. I purchased the only Chantelle Minimizer left in my size and ordered 2 more to be shipped to my home since fit was much more important than color. Nordstrom was recommended by my Physical Therapist for a more supportive bra. I've already received my order. Kudos for the outstanding personal service I received from your employees.

I am sooo sorry that we cannot get our favourite clothes at Nordstroms anymore. Her father and I only come (came) to Nordstroms to buy our daughter her clothing for work from the Ivanka Trump line. It is well made, reasonably priced and looks fabulous on her. We don't think that Nordstroms was honest about their reasoning for dropping her clothing line and believe that an idiotic political view should have nothing to do with clothing. Sad to have to shop elsewhere because, up until now, we loved shopping for her wardrobe at your store.

Scammed
September 1, 2021

Ordered a pair of Adidas NMD's for sale. Received a pair of women's pants. Then they shipped me a pair of shoes in two different sizes. I had to return both and got a refund 2 months later. Did not even offer to honor my original sale. After giving Nordstrom my hard earned money for some shoes, I'm out $60 for two months and no shoes.

Childish mentality

If you bought items from Ivanka before the election and though it was great, why are you displaying a CHILDISH mentality to boycotting her?
I WAS your customer for 40 years spending thousands (expensive clothing) and now I AM NOT because of your childish behavior. All my friends will boycott you. You need to stay out of politics and stay with merchandising. Peter Nordstrom is a horses rear end. If he was so bright, he should have run for President instead of selling merchandise.

If you ever should have a problem with online shopping, Nordstrom will never question it and immediately solve it. I ordered a few items and never received the package. This was a first. Called customer service and couldn't have been more understanding. Extremely professional and the items were resent and I was never billed for the items not received. Loyal customer forever.

I've got a demanding full time job and often don't have a lot time to visit malls/stores to try on clothes/shoes. I do a lot of my shopping online at places like Zappos, Amazon and Nordstrom. Usually, if i can't what want, or in the size I need from of these sites, I find it on one or the other listed here. I usually start on Nordstroms.com because they price-match, have free shipping/returns and their clothing options are relevant and current. My frequent issue with their site is that I can't always find my size available and don't usually want to wait for it to be back in stock in a few weeks, so I turn to Zappos/Amazon, who usually have what I want and for the same price. I also enjoy the reviews on Norstroms.com, they really help me with my buying confidence and decisions. I have never had an ill-experience shopping Nordtroms' site, and love that the quality of their products are always great, and their customer service is always prompt and so friendly.
