They do not give you your refund even after you send shoes back. I have the tracking and they have received it and even after I have called them 13 times and they keep telling me they will check into it I have heard nothing. Worst customer service ever! Look at all the complaints and do not shop here. I filed a report with the BBB and also contacted my credit card to start a dispute.
Tip for consumers:
Do NOT shop Nordstrom. They will not refund your money after you return an item.

I bought sneakers and still waiting 2 months later and 13 phone calls and still no refund. Report them! That is what I did.
