After that I found that they ain't no customer service hotline but bunches of people called agents working as post customer service and they didn't even try to help at all but just keep asking u to wait:)also they are keen on answering u same thing while ur asking them different questions :)

My Iphone is delayed two days and other order one day, whole holiday plan is rescheduled as I was suposed to travel last night but I need iphone so was unable to travel, n now Noon started using new way to delay delivery, Rider will go to some other place and call you am on wrong adress, so I cancelled delivery, You will get tomorrow your order. Like who gave you that adress and they will not answer, if you cross check from customer care they will tell correct address. I was sleeping and they wake me up by cals and for both orders told same story - am frequent user of Noon and they use to deliver me on this address. I order 2nd February M8 LS32BM801UMXUE Monitor by Noon i received monitor 3rd February but its different from my order. I received model no LS32CM801UMXUE its different version its AED 260 less as per the UAE market, after that i return monitor. 3 days later i received massage from noon its decline, one again my product return 17 days later, lot of complain made customer service useless they are convince customer, not give proper resolution, around 17 days. I placed an order for 3 men's colognes around a week ago, there was an offer to get 50 dirhams cash back if you buy more than 250,my order was above 250, cash back was pending, all of a sudden, next day, Noon decided to cancel my order and advised me to place a new one, I did, cash back is now gone despite buying for the same initial order's amount that THEY canceled. Customer service is absolutely useless after sending around 15 emails throughout a week, they don't even bother checking the previous conversations before responding!

Please Aware everyone, I downloaded the Noon app and my Noon app was hacked within a few days. Someone made a fraudulent tracnsaction with my credit card, I complained to Noon for this nonsense. But the NOON Customer care team they are repeatedly reading the same script that we cannot help you. Because of Noon i lost alot of money and i had to change my all card. Noon is the worst App in the United Arab Emirates.

I ordered baby hair oil in a glass bottle with a dropper, however, the item was received with a broken dropper and opened and leaked some of its oil. I contacted Noon's customer support for a possible refund, however; they didn't only refuse the refund, they have accused me of breaking the item by myself while taking the item from the soft package. They were rude and unprofessional, it reflects their bad management and value of their customers. Stay away from this company.

I recently encountered a severe security breach involving my Namshi and Noon accounts, which resulted in an unauthorized transaction of AED196.80. Since both accounts are unfortunately linked, the hacker utilised my Namshi funds to purchase Razer cards through my Noon account.
Over the past week, I've been in constant communication with the customer service teams of both Namshi and Noon, only to find myself caught in a frustrating cycle of redirection between the two. This lack of accountability is utterly unacceptable. I want to emphasize that I have not utilised any public internet connections and have maintained the confidentiality of my password.
Moreover, I have not made a single purchase on Noon this year, making the fraudulent transaction even more glaring. Despite my persistent efforts, the promised managerial callback has failed to materialise, indicative of a frustrating disregard for customer concerns.
Evidently, the security infrastructure of both companies appears compromised, given that an unauthorised party successfully transferred funds from my Namshi to Noon account and executed an order using an unfamiliar phone number, which is unequivocally not mine. I have meticulously documented this entire ordeal with screenshots and intend to involve law enforcement to address this criminal activity.
My primary objective is the retrieval of my misappropriated funds. Regrettably, the subpar customer service experience has led me to the decision of closing both accounts asap. My time has been needlessly wasted, and this experience has been nothing short of infuriating.
In conclusion, the customer service I have received is substandard, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of both Namshi and Noon. This has been an utterly frustrating ordeal, and I still expect a swift resolution to this matter.

I ordered Tinkle eyebrow razors from Noon and the packaging was opened from one side! It looked like someone had taken out the razor and put it back. This was extremely disgusting and unhygienic.
