Never buy from Noon
December 11, 2019

I bought a Siemens IQ300 washing machine and receive an old one. They are selling second hand products as new one, and I called seller immediately, he told me he doesn't care, ask me to call the police. The Noon customer service can't help anything. Very disappointing. Never buy from Noon.

Bad platform

Amazon for tons of reasons
Amazon for tons of reasons: Better customer service. Better prices. Easier to return products if faulty. Faster delivery time with prime. And if they miss delivery they make up for it. More realiable sellers. Access to US items with prime free shipping.

Amzon made souq a better platform and I am they happy they bought it

Noon on the other hand has faster standard delivery but otherwise the total opposite of the above mentioned points. They still host tons of fake and unreliable sellers. They cancel your orders and keep the money in their wallet not back to your credit card. They play any trick in the book to get your cash. On my last order during black friday I ordered a discounted item that was never delivered. I recieved a cancel message that not available with other sellers (which was not true. The price just went up and they don't want to bare the cost)

I have used Amazon over the last few months buying phones, tablets, accessories, perfumes, etc. I never had an issue. Yet on the other hand one single order from noon that was partially delivered/canceled. What an irony. Lol

I got Fake Airpods
October 31, 2019

I ordered 4 Airpods from Noon which were also sold by noon. All 4 of them were fake. I ordered first time from noon which mistakenly i trusted as it is owned by Emaar Properties. I've never had SUCH type of complaints from souq/amazon. Utterly disappointed. :(( (

Very Bad Service

Its very bad experience ordering from noon.com
This is my case
We ordered for express and expect to receive by the next day
Customer Service is very bad in understanding english and they cancel our order without any consent from the buyer
Delivery was lying that they contacted us and they said unsuccessful
From this 2 stories are open
From CS: they said it was cancel
From delivery: they said they contacted us adn tried to deliver
Both are not true
I will not recommend this noon and they are very unprofessional over the phone

Never buy from them. Have bad experience buying an OBDII who suppose to work with iOS as advertised. I reality not working. They have no policy of replacing fake advertising product. Shame

Very upset

Ordered shoes in June - after I paid then told they might not be there in time - and when I cancelled and stopped payment still received now I want to send back and have to pay to send back - when they weren't supposed to be sent at the beginning this is Sept. The party was in June over and done with I bought shoes in a store and told them this

Very bad experience

Very bad experience i ordered twice, the first time was broken item and it took 4 months to return the money as oints and nw i have to wait one month to get it cash and the second time they delivered wrong item, it shows something and it delivers another thing. I miss Souq.com

Avoid at all costs

I purchased a faulty phone from Noon.com. It took them 1 week to collect the phone, 3 weeks to fix it and another week to return it to me with a crack on the screen! They actually broke my phone while trying to fix it and returned it to me anyway! When I contacted them they could not have cared any less. I have never dealt with a company which has less interest in their customers as noon.com. Avoid like the plague!

Bad customer service
January 4, 2019

Noon is an online UAE company that list many products. However, I have ordered TWICE and they automatically cancel and tell me it is not available and credit me after almost a month. Secondly they advertise next day delivery and it usually takes 3 weeks...
They need to learn the online business and treat customer better or not sell products they have no control over; besides, adhering to their advertising of next day delivery. What a joke!
