I have never seen such a hopeless and a slow performing seller(AIM2020) in my life they are not concerned about the order they get they will deliver it when they feel to do it such a useless attitude they have towards the business in noon and moreover the noon guys don't even try to contact them and tell to ship the product at the earliest when I was a seller in noon(a2z4gifts1989) the noon team used to call and disturb us daily by calling and telling that the customer wants the product at the earliest so ship it soon so this means they are partial towards some sellers which is a very bad attitude to have in business.The seller AIM2020 is not at noon business its there for something else I think thats why such a hopeless response at the same time noon team also didn't take any initiative towards this case and remained silent as if nothing as happened.

Noon is the worst customer service you will deal with.
If a problem occurs during the warranty period then you have to wait more than one month until you get it back.
And no one of their customer service will give you a clear reply.

I ordered a tripod and received it with a loose screw, so, I asked for a return and they apologized to me and told me that I can order it again once I receive my transferred money to my noon account, and the customer service said they won't send me a damaged product again, I trusted them and ordered it again, and I received AGAIN a damaged product, one of the tripod legs won't even stand still with very obvious low quality screws and even BROKEN. Don't you check the quality of the products you send to your customers ever? You just lost a customer that only shops online, I was going to make so many purchases from noon if it turned out well, but now I well highly recommend that no one deals with you, I will post my bad experience everywhere.

Recently I bought a mask branded living guard on the photos when ordered there was a knob or filter on the mask I received a different model without the ventilation knob. I have called noon 4 times and no resolution yet. In the confirmation letter of the order which came with the photo of the mask I ordered there is a filter. This I can use against them in a court of law. Now they have changed the photos on website but they are resisting and admitting their mistake. I caution everyone when dealing with this website.

I do not like noon.com because when i was buying a product which needed a charger, noon was only selling the product without the charger and when I chose to buy the charger it was written that the charger is generic. I HATE NOON.COM

I have bought HUAWEI Y9 from noon and after 4 months it is not turning on. I have requested for warranty and they collected the phone for repair. Then the phone is came back without repairing. They are saying, the fault because of my misuse. There is no any physical damages. Then how they are saying I misused my mobile. I contacted the seller directly and they said to request noon to pick the phone again. But the noon saying they cannot give me the warranty because already I claimed. I didn't expected this experience from noon ever. I thought it is a good company. They show me the worst part of their service. I will not use noon anymore and I am suggesting to buy the Phone and other electronic items from your nearby stores. Their service is very good when delivering new item and they will not care when you are claiming the warranty.

This was my First and last experience with noon,
I bought some items under order ref.(Order ID NAEBC*******245 Placed on Dec 26,2019), I received a shipment on 31 Dec which doesn't have my Item instead they add one item extra which was not my request,
I tried to contact customer service several times via WhatsApp, phone calls and raising several complaints no. ******* and ******* with a promise to solve the issue within 12 hours, but nothing happened,
Customer service agent trying to make a decision for the order on my behalf without even consulting me, I didn't accept.
I requested to refund my money and credit it to my credit card however so far the issue still pending
Update: I've been contacted by the complaints department and they promised to solve the issue ASAP, as of today (8th January 2020) the problem is resolved and the refund received as noon credits.

The only reason I shop at Noon.com instead of my old trusted Amazon is because they offer free shipping. Now they added 10AED per shipping which is what Amazon currently has. So back to Amazon I went.
Amazon has way lot more items on display, a lot better customer service and a lot better than Noon overall.
Noon's free delivery was a great option for them to grab customers especially the ones that orders 1-2 items at a time.
But that, they failed to hold. You can't compete with Amazon on the same price of shipping with lower market options and unreliable customer service. You will fall from Amazon, period.
