Its just that its so bad, that it makes me want to put my finger through my Eye into my brain and swirl it around. Imagine asking for a replacement for an item under warranty, constantly following up to random clueless agents, that took them 2months to finally agree to replace, then all they give me is bull$#*! and crap. #nevereveragain
