I placed a noon order for some essencials. Payment was done online throught credit card. Order was placed on saturday morning and was supposed to be delivered on sunday evening. That was the reason i ordered on noon groceries. And on sunday night i recieved an sms that my order may get delayed. And after sometime i got another sms that my order is out for delivery. But now its the third day i have not received my order, neither did i get any call from them. And i tried calling the customer service, but nobody was picking up the call and they did not even find it responsible to call back. Then i mailed them. There was no response. Then i messeged then in instagram, still they did not find it necessary to respond, and then i asked them to cancel my order due to their lame customer service. That was then they responded by saying that the delivery agent tried to contact me and i did not respond. I have not received a single call or even missed call from any unknown number, and they are telling me that i did not respond..

Ordered something from the app and paid by card. And it wad said deliver within 24h and it took more than 6 days to deliver. Once I make the complain, the customer care person told that they will contact me for the feedback which I haven't got any call from them until I call thrice to noon. This is really not the noon which I used one year ago. And I'm sorry to inform that I'm really disappointed about the services of the noon now a days

After waiting for the whole day for my order, its 11.20pm and order is not yet delivered even after paying additional fees for early delivery.
This was my first experience with noon and for sure noon.com will never be my first choice in future.it cannot be trusted for delivery. I don't know about the quality as the product is yet to be delivered.

I have made an order on Nov 26th paid via credit card, the order was cancelled against my will on the delivery date which was Dec 2nd, the amount was deducted and the customer support team is no help they keep on giving fake promises and more lies, they didn't even refund the amount back to my credit card

Very sorry to say that the order Order NAEDB*******195 didn't deliver so far, when contacted customer care, earlier informed that the issue will be sorted out in 24 hours. But really they didn't mention when to start that 24 hours. Hahaha. Again when I raised the issue they informed that higher level management will contact you with in 4 hours, again the same scenario, my goodness, it never happened, bcz they don't have any higher level management to resolve the issues. Even a lower level mangement team didn't contact me. Surely, we can't blame Noon, a company who have capacity to sell a rabbit is trying to sell an elephant, it is not the issue of noon.
Order placed on 27 th November, along with this two more items were there, those items delivered, but main item is still pending... really great job they doing by cheating customers telling lies and fabricated things, as though I am not reachable. Absolute cheats! I ordered some food, I was given a time for the delivery to arrive, I was out of office for 4 minutes more than the given. There were missed calls on my phone, i replied and the driver said maybe wrong number. I checked my app to follow up and noticed it was the same number I had missed calls from. I called the rider again and asked him if he worked for noon, he said yes, I followed up on my delivery, he said he will talk to the company and update. 1-2 mins after the call the order was posted as undelivered on my app. I had a chat with L*** Farghaly from Noon, she told me they cannot deliver the food since the delivery was missed, I said I don't like to waste the food, I will pay for the delivery, she said they cannot deliver. I said ok, since it is food, I will go and pick it up, can she tell me the location of the food, she said the customer service would contact me in few hours, I kept repeating to her, too much delay would make the food go bad, please tell me where can i collect the food. She kept repeating cusomter service would contact. It has been a few weeks now, no one contacted me. I paid for something that I never got delivery of. Total scam! Pathetic customer service. I have stopped using the app ever since and I don't recommend anyone to use it either.

I received a very a bad product, I ordered a face cream (order no. NAEDB*******332-S1) and the packaging of the item was torn in all places, the box was opened, and the cream that came in a bottle spread all over. Do the Logistics not check what kind of products they are sending to their customers? Their customer service agents are terrible, they turn deaf ear to them and close the complaint cases without letting their customers know. I had been following up with them for so long! This is unacceptable behavior and I expect a compensation for the poor and pathetic service provided to me.
Update: To this day, they haven't sorted out the matter. Given them the Order no. And all the other information, they still haven't taken 1 bit of an effort to resolve the case. Instead, they wasted my time to explain them all the details regarding the order and assign different people to address the issues of my case. So basically the Noon representatives whoever is responding here is a bot who shamelessly claim they help you but they don't. Ms. Layla you're wasting our time. Don't speak empty words when you can't back it up with actions!

I am having a real bad experience with Noon's customer service. Even though i have send several mails and messages but the only thing they revert with is sorry and apologies. I dont understand does it take so many weeks to collect back the item. I have seriously felt a great deterioration in their customer support. Eventhough i mentioned so many times that the collection point is from my office and my timings are until 5pm they send a response back stating that their associate will come by 10pm. I dont think they even understand what they are responding to. Even in bold letters i have mentioned my availability and i get a response stating the same "our associate will come by 10pm". Its become so frustrating. Wish there was someone sensible in their team who could understand and resolve this.

I purchase Fossil watches and place seperate orders, when the first one was delivered I realized that it was fake and arranged for a return and collection. They collected it and deliver 4 more watches that I had ordered. I returned the new order together with the first watch. They sent me a message saying my refund has been credited to my bank accout and that was a LIE. They refused to refun for the first watch simply because i mistakenly threw away the yellow plastic. But the box and tags were still intact. And sent it back to me.
I need my refund and that watch to be collected again. IT IS FAKE!

I placed several orders on noon during the national day event and they were scheduled to arrive on different dates from 25 sept to 17 oct.
The first shipment arrived on 25 sept, I, living alone here in KSA, was not at home. I asked the driver if he can deliver it to my location that was 20 mins away, and I'd pay him the extra charges and tip him; yet he refused stating that he's only allowed to deliver to this place. I called the customer support and asked that all my shipments get rescheduled till 01-Oct.
Each and every day, from 25 Sept till 01 Oct I was receiving messages stating that my shipment is out for delivery, couriers contacted me daily, and I had to call DAILY to the customer support insisting that I want to reschedule my shipments to 01 Oct. I asked for the managers to contact me; they called while I was in a meeting so I asked them to call back at 2:30, but no one ever called again.
Friday 01 Oct; 1 shipment arrived out of 2, the courier was extremely rude and disrespectful.
Will be cancelling all other orders and order on Amazon from now on. Never use Noon at all. Never Ever.

Noon sold me a refurbished iPhone that was defective. Clearly they do not have a system in place to check this and are in the business of taking advantage of customers through the possibility of ‘cheaper' options like refurbished. The phone was first returned back on warranty as it would not connect to wifi after just a short while of using. After a couple of months, the screen began to freeze. It was still under warranty and sent back. But I had repeatedly emailed them saying the piece is defective. It cannot get spoilt 2 times for different reasons in such a short span of time. Now they are refusing to repair it as the screen has a scratch! The warranty team itself has admitted to me that the scratch is unrelated to the screen freezing. The scratch is purely aesthetic. But you are stooging and cheating customers. You won't repair it because of the scratch but you are ok to sell defective unchecked pieces to innocent customers who believe you have a system in place to check products. I was tossed between the warranty team and customer service team as of course no one will take responsibility. The last person I spoke to said simply, I cannot help you,' Are you serious? Have you built a business on deceit? Selling a defective piece is paramount to cheating me- I trusted your product quality through noon. Ok so don't repair it because it ‘doesn't look perfect anymore, has a scratch' but compensate me for the faulty product that you sold, to begin with. 2 separate issues in 4 months, obviously, you know the phone is faulty. You are taking the wrong way out by finding a T&C that says the phone must not be damaged. But selling a damaged phone is ok, right? That is acceptable? I refuse the even believe that the screen was scratched. You probably scratched it yourself to get a way out so you don't have to incur a cost to repair it. The phone was returned and after 2 days I am told not has a scratch (unrelated again to the internal problem why the phone is not working). How can I believe you? I have no trust. When I asked a technical person in the field i am told that the screen freezing issue happens when a person with not adequate knowledge is fixing the wifi issue internally. The phone was returned with a wifi issue already, so your team probably caused the screen freezing issue in the first place and now are just doing the major cover-up job!
Disgraceful service and business ethics.
Will never return to Noon. I expect an answer and resolution for my issue. Due compensation or the phone replaced. Your customer service team is totally inadequate to deal with customers!

Very disappointed. Noon cannot handle their own delivery agents. My delivery is 7 days late. Everyday im call Noon customer care and im receiving call backs from Complains Department just to apologize and give fake promises saying that i will receive the order same day. Same cycle for the past 7 days. But still no delivery. This how they treat their VIP customers. Not recommended.

Getting started with Noon requires answering a barrage of questions without offering any substantive explanation of their weight loss/healthy lifestyle process. It's noticeable that during the interrogation there seem to be plenty of sly and often confusing attempt to upsell before anything has even been explained. Once into the program itself, Noon does nothing to actually start the program - just offers more and more psychobabble lessons about what Noon is "going to do" without actually doing anything at all.
