Imagine! First time ordered from Noon. 10 packs of coffee. Courier called me and told that will bring it today, on Friday. I spent my day off time and was waiting him instead of going to gym or mall. What he brought to me? One! One pack of coffee! Other will come maybe 2-3 packs in each day! What? Noon, you company is too lazy to consolidate 10 packs of coffee? Really?
After my review Noon contacted me and 3 hours later sent for me all my 10packs. Well done finally!

Although I started with Noon two years ago, I recently had a Very negative experience. Noon cancel my orders claiming that I buy for reselling although it was the first time to buy that product. Also noon prevented me from noon vip (before) for the same reason although I was once buying more than a piece of a product for non trading reasons!

Selling destroyed iPhones
Based on my own experience, I ordered refurbished iPhone, on second day I felt that item is not working properly so I decided to do check up in apple store, screen need to be changed as touch is not working

Terrible, They are cheaters. You pay for the new items, and they give you used and preactivated items. I checked on the internet, and I understood that some other people had the same issue with Noon. It means that they have a lot of experience cheating the customers (giving the used items instead of the new ones). Be careful! Customer Service is very poor and weak, and some of them do not understand your easy question, and they act like silly and stupid people..., waste of money and energy. 0 Stars... I do not recommend buying from Noon.

Very bad customer service.
I requested then to deliver the parcel on particular time for which they confirmed via email and to my surprise, I have not got my shipment still.
They have an un-useful customer service department too. Who give fake promises to the customer and then won't keep on the same.

Continue2: After I reported the issue to consumer-protection; noon customer services contacted me and collected the mobile to solve the issue.
They done great job but too much time it took around month started from report the problem until they solve the issue (they solve the software issue in the mobile)

Very bad after-sale services, Don't recommend Noon, they are not supportive after-sale services. I bought a mobile phone fulfilled by them and the mobile phone has software issue and when I contact them they inform me that the warranty not covering software issues, you can go to serves center to repair it. I am a customer of for amazon more than 10 years and I haven't faced such an argument ever, if I bought this mobile from a shop; the shop will repair it for me or send it to customer services, please be aware of Noon, not recommend at all and it will be my last time buying any thing from them.
Continue: I went to the HUAWEI customer services center and they informed me that this mobile is not UAE version and the warranty shall be through noon and they confirmed that the software issues are covered in the warranty.
Starting off, noon was one of the best solutions and provided excellent services, excellent solutions and excellent products, but consistency is one of the vital aspects of a company, a company which cannot be consistent means it did not start off with fundamental basics. Noon now has been a disappointment in many many ways, first the items delivered arrive damaged, boxes torn and squashed, water bottles broken sometimes which ends up in a huge mess. Second, Customer Service, there is no boundaries on when you will get a call from their team, and why, sometimes they just call to tell you we will call you with the update, why call the customer? Drop an email would be a nice solution if you want to inform them that you are still working, emails are never used, and when used sometimes sent twice and when sent it is in a improper format.
Third, the charges are high, we all know we buy from noon to spare the drive to the store, and we know we pay higher for this, so at least we want the items delivered properly, what is the point in adding instructions but not following up on them, such as dont knock on the door, leave it outside, when you find the driver knocking the door bell till you wake up to take it, even though you asked to leave it.
Forth, why sell something when you dont service it, if you dont, then add to your page same like you add the specifications, it is not professional to let a customer buy something thinking he is buying from the store when the policy is completely different, if you cannot have control over your suppliers then do or exclude them, you are not winning by having more suppliers.
My latest experience was it, it was when I decided I am never going to use this e commerce application anymore. I bought a soap dispenser, and it came dirty and full of germs and dirt all over, as if it was used in a public bathroom for 2 years before, I took images and sent to noon, and every time I got a call from the customer service team, they ask the same question, what is wrong with it and can you send us the pictures, when there is no need for me to send the pictures you already have them, if you cant have access to your main email this isnt my issue, it is your system's issue. The calls I got are many and nothing with a proper solution or response. I even get calls on Fridays and Saturdays, considering they are weekends i do not think it is the right time to call me, just to probably again say we are working on the investigation. Which I have had almost 2 weeks of these calls. Now I am fed up, I have had so many complaints, their guys dont take complaints seriously, they dont have any manage above their suppliers and if you really need this thing you are buying, use a different source or spare yourself the hassle and go buy it at least you will make sure you get a right item, not broken, packed properly, checked that it is working, and most of all not used before till its burnt out and repacked for you.

This a great company to deal with in every respect. Very wide variety of goods of all kinds and aspects. Delivery is top notch arrangements, either collectively of all ordered items fast enough or individually super fast delivery to your doorstep in a hygiene way. I still don't have answers to my questions. Why does Noon management don't want to close the subject by replying to customer queries? Please reply to my 2 questions listed below and check the Report remarks which state the same answers. Attached all reports
Please arrange a call with higher management English speaking and reply to the queries
Repair 1 report states in remarks " Updated the Device & Software"
Repair 2 report states in remarks " Updated the Device & Installed new Software"
Repair 3 report states in remarks " Wipes Cache partition & Updated the apps"
Every time the same answer after repair work but still the device has issues. I strongly recommend Noon Higher management to recheck seller quality since this device has been repaired for the third time for the same issue.
Again Question 1:
During the second repair done it has been informed to me that if any third repair occurred then I will get replacement or refund. I can accept if noon is clearly put in writing that this is a special request to accept the phone after third repair from Noon and if any further defects detected then Noon is obliged to give me full refund.
Question 2:
Also note I didn't use this phone for almost 3 months which was consumed in repair so I need extended warranty.

I ordered a fridge and they delivered the wrong one. I told the deliver guy this is not the fridge I ordered and he ran away and he told me "Contact Customer Service". They took 4 days to bring the right fridge.
At the same time I ordered a cooker and "suddenly" the deliver day, the item was OUT OF STOK! It was available when I paid and the same deliver day, just "not available anymore". They took another 5 days to bring another one, 5 DAYS!
I also ordered a washing/dryer machine and, after trying a couple of times with a technician, we realized the washing/dryer machine has several issues. I called Customer Service and they told me in 48 hours the "Warrantee Department" will come to collect it and they will refund the money. It has been 10 days and I'm still waiting for someone to come and collect the washing/dryer machine! Every time I call "Customer Service" I have to explain all over again because there is no information on the system the only know how to say "Someone will contact you in 48 hours", that's all!
I can't understand how a company like this is so unprofessional, irresponsible and they don't care about client's complaints.

Scam + bad service
So I purchase 625 ml nivea x 3 and what is delivered is 400 ml. When I requested to return and replace the product they just said that we do not have an option to replace a product we will just return your payment in your card but you have to wait for 7-14 days.
Since I am located in Hatta, Dubai there is a delivery charge unless your order is 220 above. Since I value savings I always purchase more than 250 Aed. Even though how little the amount that I save it matters to me. So when I raised my concern to noon. Support they said at they will raise the request to waive shipping fee as gesture of good will for my next order. Since I needed the product i want to order again But when I followed up for the waiving of shipping fee on my account I was told that they do not have the authority to do that.
They have wasted my time, my money and I do not think I will purchase again from noon. I will go back to Amazon in which they have great product and great service.

Will never order again on Noon or Noon Daily. Orders are sent in piecemeal and one has to keep collecting deliveries over next few days. Simply painful and unprofessional. Dont know what kind of algorithm the mandarins at Noon are thinking. So utterly useless and inconvenient and environment unfriendly and wasteful. TERRIBLE! This is a very bad company. They are selling fake electronic products. The labeling machine that we just purchased is fake and not functioning and they refused a return because we lost the packaging that by mistake our cleaner have thrown away. They are aware of their fake products in the first place. They are not fair with consumers that is why be careful of this greedy company. Better order from other trusted suppliers not through this online fake seller.
