I made an order with their offer buy one get one free and got 2 shoes and paid extra for them however one shoe was fine and the other was dirty and bent from the front I requested them to get it and provide me with another shoe of the same size, they said no and they will contact me to solve the problem that was since 27/5 and they did not call me and when I called them their customer support told me when they find a solution they will call you I told her when she told me when they find a solution and closed the call I called them again cause this was very bad service and they said they indeed found a solution but why when I called first they did not? They told me they will send someone to take it and I will receive the refund on noon credit and I can transfer it to my credit card, the following day I woke up to find that someone paid from my noon credit 500 pounds ordering things and canceled the order I immediately call the support at 11 am and tell them so that no other transactions happen on my account however later at 2 pm literally after 3 hours from me contacting the support I find that someone ordered a mobile for 3700 and a headset from my noon credit and changed my phone number to his so I contacted them immediately and informed them then supposedly I should request to transfer the money I have on noon credit 3000 to my credit card within 7 working days, they tell me I can not make any transfers before 7/7 means I have to wait 1 month before I make a transfer how can that be? Then they tell me I can fill out papers for transferring my money and I will receive it also from 15-31 days, and I submitted a complaint about how can I wait 31 days for me to take my money back? And how come it was 7 days but after someone hacked into my account and ordered a mobile shortly after I informed the support and it was my problem and they prevent me to make any transfers until 7/7.
Even after all this and I raise a complaint they till me to wait additional 2 days for someone to contact me and see my problem, they are garbage support and a trash company that doesn't even care about their customers this is noon Egypt

I had a conversation over phone with one of noon support agents - called Aisha today morning - around 11:00 am.
I was extremely disappointed with the way she conducted the call:
1. She doesn't speak English well - I was not able to understand her
2. When asked to transfer to another person who can assist me she rudely said - "Nobody can assist you"- REALLY, Noon?
3. Asked to speak to her supervisor - she refused

The worst delivery service I have ever seen. I received an email today (06. 05. 22) at 11:05 am that the order is out for delivery but still even didn't received a call and the time is 7:40 pm. Despite sending email and calling twice, no solution and at last they asked to wait till tomorrow. Horrible experience, will never buy again from Noon and suggesting everyone to not believe in them when it comes to delivery.

Literally I didn't expect this type of service from Noon.com it's truly unprofessional service at all even delivery associates not cooperating for 5 to 8 minutes way to delivery. And calls comes for confirmed the delivery date but the mentioned date nobody call and nobody come for delivery. Very very bad service.

I am currently waiting for a TV & Soundbar which I ordered two days ago, and paid extra fees for "Next Day Delivery". On the scheduled date, I recieved only the soundbar - I called the Noon Care twice, and they told me "Sorry, we will deliver tomorrow". The next day: still no delivery - I called Noon Care again, and they told me AGAIN "sorry we will deliver tomrrow".
Unbelievably frustrating, and very very unprofessional.

An absolute nightmare their delivery schedule, the worst that I've dealt with.
I ordered on December iPhone 13 pro & they delayed the order for more than 2 weeks till I had to cancel the order.

I ordered the 2 ton AC on 1 Mar 22 from noon online shop. Which should be delivered at 5 March 2022. Still on processing state and not received any proper reply from them.
Also recently took the noon VIP membership. I have escalated this issue to priority customer service and no action was taken from their side. Simply we needed to wait for 48 hrs if we raise any complaints.

I have been buying a lot from noon and was somewho good because paying on delivery time by cash But this time after paying by visa my order about 900aed they delayed the order whithout even calling me to explain when it will be sent. Only a simple sms saying as soon as possible, and by calling the customer care they only can put a request which again will take 24h again how many days to deliver god knows and even for refund i need to wait 14 days ro get my money nack what a shame!

I ordered a watch, they sent it broken, I returned it and i am waiting for the refund for three months. They are telling me to wait and be patient. Such a disappointment. I have never been waiting for a refund for 3 months. They keep promise i will have the money in 48h but they don't do anything about it.

I bought a Washing mashin 3 weeks ago and it got a broken glass and till now they only call and say sorry for that and no resolution for my problem.

Beware, They try to be like amazon but instead they sell fake things and then when you return the item telling them its fake, they 'lost' the item or say that you have returned another item and cannot reinburse you without proof of returning the item (even though they picked it up themselves!). They are crooks and steal your money, i would avoid at all cost!

So if I could give Noon zero stars I would but unfortunately that's not possible. I have had the worse experience with them. My husband and I initially said our items must be delivered on the 19th Jan but due to unforseen circumstances from our side we had to move the date to the 25th. I started communicating with Noon from the beginning explaining my situation to them and their reply back to me was just liase with the driver, which we did from the start. All of a sudden I started receiving messages that my items are being canceled. I phoned Noon immediately and I said to them it is unacceptable and they must fixed it, their reply to me was they will log a complaint. The next day more items are being canceled and Noon just keeps on telling me they are busy sorting out the situation and I'll get a callback from an agent. We'll today they phoned but when I answered the phone just went dead with no callback after that. They know the importance of my situation but their message is the same everyday "THEY WORKING ON IT" in the meantime the customer is sitting without a fridge, without bedding, without a dinner set! I'm sick of Noon and I'm not surprised that other people are also not happy. I'll keep on posting 1 star reviews until my situation is sorted.
