I just ordered from Noon Food. Someone from Noon driver service called me and notified me that my address and pin location does not match. I have lived in my apartment for 2 years and have always ordered from Noon products that I need for my cats and never had an issue. Now the person from Noon rider service could not answer my questions regarding delivery or refund.
I chatted with their customer service and their customer service still could not answer my questions regarding delivery and refund. It took more than 10 mins to get an answer from them. Delivery will be cancelled and there won't be any refund. What type of service is that. I just paid for something that I did not receive and it will all be donated to what? NOON FUNDS for scamming their clients!
I placed an order from Noon Grocery for some vital items along with an item which had a good offer, which was the reason I tried noon back again even though I had bad experience with them in the past.
The delivery was scheduled for the next day which arrived late at night and out of the 4 items I ordered, 3 of them were missing. The order had essential grocery items which was for breakfast the next day (Eggs and sliced bread). I had received 2 other items which I had not ordered and not of use to me.
I immediately raised the complaint through the app with pictures requesting to deliver the items I had placed the order for.
I had no response and when I checked in 2 days later, just refunded the amount for 2 of the 3 items missing.
I rang the call center and explained the situation and requested to deliver the items I had placed the order for and they told me that they can only refund and I should place the order for the same (which now is not available on the app for the same price) and the team will contact me within 4 hours to solve my issue. 96 hours later, I had no response from their team and had to spent 12 minutes calling the team again and explaining the situation all over again.
They are adamant that all they can offer is the refund for the items back to noon wallet. Note that they had charged a service fee for the order, the item which I had purchased is not available for the same price.
The whole order and experience was extremely disappointing, frustrating and honestly left me discontent.
So I have lost my time placing the order, not receiving the items I ordered for, constantly raising complaints to the call center and few dhs back in Noon wallet which after this experience, I would not be using for.

The worst shopping company I've dealt with. I made an order here in dubai and when the courier arrived, he yelled at me and took back the order from my hands by force and went away then cancelled the order, all of this just because I asked him to wait one min to bring the money, he yelled "I won't wait, I'm busy and bla bla. Regardless the many other orders that the couriers calling you to confirm the shippment and don't show up until the next day! I don't advise to deal with them at all!

Noon is very eager to charge you extra money for so called Express delivery next day. Placed order in the afternoon for tomorrow delivery paid extra for that however item still didnt came( order is placed day before yesterday). Recieved message in the evening that i was not reachable and that i should reschedule it even though was all day at home since was out of office. So to summarise beside asking more money for fast delivery, you are making your customers liars as well for your failures do deliver YOUR promise? We always had a water delivery every month and your bloody delivery guy is not helping us for putting all the water inside of the house, its always like this! They put the water into the street and let you carry all the water inside of your house! House bad is that! We're all laddies in the house that's why no one can carry that but them. Un gentleman noon guy! Maybe he doesn't have a mother or sister! He let 58 years old lady carry all the water! And guess what? He's very rude! I ask him to put the water inside and I'm going to give him extra tip and he scream telling us he is not doing it because it's a lot. My gash! Can you please tell your delivery guys to be a gentleman and have a good manners to all your customers? No worries this is the last time that we're going to order from NOON application! And if your guys doing it all over? I'm not be surprise that one day you don't have customers anymore.
I used to be a believer of noon.com. So much so i got myself a noon credit card. I recommended noon to my friends over amazon and even use noon to buy items that our company needs. But after what happened to my purchase of a defective nokia phone. This phone is just about 250+AED, i could have easily bought it free from the cashbacks, but the way they treat a customer is just unacceptable.
I will strongly recommend staying away from noon.com. Their customer support is very unhelpful and does not know anything and it takes them more than 2 days for them to address your concerns. I also just realized that their policies are very anti-consumer. Please stay away from buying from noon.

I used to receive wrong products and they were unlikely to help me. These cases were taking months and for that period I was left with no money no product and guilty feelings. Most recently I received faulty camera for 1500 and was never resolved nor fixed, I was blamed for damage so tjat is the time I deleted app and will never go back to noon.

They never deliver the items on time irrespective of the timeliness they have given. Customer care gives the same status you see in the app. Theybdo nit have anything further. So better not to call them and they will always recite two phrases 1. 'we will raise a complaint' and 2. The item will be scheduled to deliver today.

Shipped a pre-activated product. When I receive this laptop, only 207 days of manufacturer warranty was remaining and I checked with manufacturer and get it know that the item got activated 158 days back. I wasted my time. Laptop was defected too. It was deadly slow while doing initial set up process. Then decided to return on the same day it got delivered. But noon did not accept back and one month of my time they wasted by keep saying " we will check and get back to you". Dont ever buy any electronic products from noon because if there is any fault on the product they will not refund money, they will ask you to claim warranty. Dont waste your money and time by doing shopping with Noon. I strongly doubt their products authenticity.

I've had a lot of bad experiences since noon, but this is the first time I'm leaving a bad review because it's moved too far. The worse food application ever. Bad customer service when ever u face problem with delivery. Irresponsible team and management. After they got your money they let u/ask u to face your problems with restaurant directly. Even if its hygiene issue. For the 2nd time i received the package damaged and opened most probably by their drivers. They take the subject very light and they claim that they cant do any thing and they refuse to connect u with their management. All what they say call the restaurant and complain. Funny enough if the drivers works for u and we order through u so legally u are responsible for all the sequences. My recommendation think twise before using noon food application there are other more reliable food application when u face a problem they work hard to solve it not simply leaves u alone facing problems. Some problems can be digested and accepted like delays on delivery or wrong items or even missing items but when it comes to hygiene issue. Sorry this issue is major and action need to be taken

I bought a phone. During initial installation it was restarting every few seconds going back to the start and became overheated. Noon is not following their return policy of return of malfunctioning devises and just send me back the phone. Now I have to protect my consumer rights in government institutions. Better buy in other shops, not noon. Never seen such attitude towards customers in any country
