I ordered a renewed MacBook Pro, but only the name was renewed. When I received the item, it seemed as though someone had used the Mac and just put it on sleep mode. Additionally, the Mac is getting hot like a water boiler, there is a small white color fading on the display, and a full Apple sticker has been pasted on top of the Apple logo part.
I returned it to the Noon facility, but no one contacted me to explain what happened. They simply returned it to me, stating that it was not covered by my policy. I was frustrated and felt like they had sold me a faulty product.

The item has never been delivered despite the fact that it has been marked as delivered. The building security has checked the cameras and no one even made an attempt to enter my building 1 hour before and 1 hour after the time of the supposed delivery. The item was supposed to be a birthday present and ordered with express delivery. The Noon support is helpless, they even can't make a phone call to a delivery person and ask the one where and where the one made shipment.

I purchased a new iPhone 14 Pro Max and was given a defective product.
I requested for a refund, but noon has been extremely unhelpful and disrespectful the whole time.
My phone was picked up TWICE, and the refund request was rejected TWICE stating there is no manufacturing defect even though the battery drains like no other iPhone I have ever used. I was told clearly the refund will be processed 100% as I did not want the phone to keep going back and forth.
I have been following up on this for two weeks now, every single day and they refuse to get somebody from escalation call me back; it's really like stealing and running to a corner refusing to return my money.
When I finally received a call from escalation, the person that called me told me to accept the phone delivery when it is sent back as the refund was rejected by quality check and either raise another request and send the phone back for the THIRD time or go to apple, get documents stating the product is defective, take videos and photos of the issue and only then they can help before HANGING up the phone in my face. This is their customer service!
Noon is the worst company I have dealt with living in UAE my whole life. They will steal your money in broad daylight, lie to you and disrespect you in case of any problems. They are refusing to abide to their own policies which clearly state if there is a manufacturing defect in the product, Noon is liable to process the refund. Instead, my phone is going back and forth between Noon and myself. This company is running a major scam!

I bought the ordinary BHA AHA peeling solution from a seller called "OMEGA TRADING" I received just a day ago. This is a fake product. It's a fake "ordinary" product. I've used this product for years and I usually bought it from Sephora. I'm well aware of its use, smell, texture. Unfortunately I bought it from here for the first time. In fact it was "best seller" and promoted as the first item when it is searched. I am extremely aware of its smell and feel on the face. This is fragranced like soap, not the usual pungent smell. And is not an exfoliant! This is A FAKE PRODUCT AND THE BUYERS HAVE NO IDEA. Some of the ratings that are 1 are saying it's fake whilst a big amount of people say it's real. The box is also an indicator that this is a fake. The actual bottle is FAKE. I compared it to the real one, and you can see the contrast in smell, color and packaging. I didn't have a problem with Noon until this. I'm looking forward to see how they'd respond to me regarding a fake product being sold on their platform.

Noon Grocery deliver with delays - it used to be 1 day (I have VIP status). Now they charge 3 dhs fees(!) and delivery is in two days at the fastest. The packaging is often filthy. Last month I have made purchases by over 2000 and they cancelled my last two orders to avoid granting me 200 dhs as per their own rules - I should receive 200! What a terrible approach to service - cheating the customers. Don't be fool, it is time to reduce shopping with NOON. There are other options - I will use NOON much less now.

The problem started from my side. I returned a screen bought at Noon. I was not at home and my wife, instead of returning the screen, gave the driver a very expensive soundbar which arrived the same day. 2 weeks have passed and Noon still have not returned the soundbar. 4 times they have called me to inform me that the item was going to be returned in 24 to 48 hours, and nothing has happened. Customer service only replies with predetermined scripts that after the 2nd time just makes the problem more unbearable.

I became a seller on noon partner and they took my money and never allow me to take my money back or even anything from the money they were always asking to put money to be able to to withdraw and i put and never get anything yesterday they threaten me that if I didn't put money they will block my account for 730 days! The worst experience ever. I will never buy anything from noon and would not recommend you buy from them. Not only did my order not be delivered, but they kept telling me it's out for delivery over 4 days! The order never got delivered and I asked them to cancel it and they did not! Had to cancel it on two different calls over a whole week of them saying "in 48 hours" and now I am following up on the refund payment (2000 dirhams) for the third time which I never received and they keep promising the "48 hours" this process from supposed delivery took place from Dec 22 until today Jan 2 without resolution!

I ordered a samsung phone from Noon. It is a fake phone and not opeening any banking or government applications because its OS is rooted.
The phone is of no use to me.
Requested a return to noon which was declined.
