They cancel my order because they cant reach me thru call.now my question why u dont want refund my money for what reason.is this scam,i paid thru card,im waiting for 2 hours for the respond regarding this issue what is this

Worst experience. I have not subscribed for noon one or anything like that, yet they directly deducted 15 aed from my bank account without any confirmation or permission, when asked for a refund they said they cannot help.

I would suggest my friends, family and everyone not to shop from noon. Pathetic customer support.

CS is worst and good in reading the templates of the system. Product ordered, amount deducted, but still the product is not shipped even after the delivery date. Noon is one of the biggest money making scam company..

While booking it's show tomorrow it will be delivered but after 4 days also not delivered. Customer service also weak response... Unsatisfactory results

They have products for a good price, very cheap, and arrives quickly, unlike AMAZON! They ship in 2 weeks or less, ( if ur in saudi arabia) in my whole time my order only got canceled twice.

I signed up for noon 'one' and purchased an iPad with express delivery. The address i used was my office address. It's almost 5PM and no one came. I requested for customer service to call me which they did. I was assured that it will be delivered before 6PM. I waited in the office beyond office hours hoping to get my order. Long story short, i didnt get it and got a text at around 11PM that it will be delivered but again, never came. I changed the address to my home address so they can deliver it any time, still, no one came the following day. And as of this writing, after tracking the delivery, it will now be delivered by Monday, which is 5 days after i ordered. I mean HOW IS THIS FREAKING EXPRESS DELIVERY?!?!?!? Agents are rude. NOT WORTH IT. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NOON EVER! THIS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME ON AMAZON. AT ALL.

Signed up and had to have heart surgery right after. Never got any type of trial. Never got to find out what the company was about. Charged my card and refused to refund my money. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. VERY UNFAIR. ALL I ASKED WAS A CHANCE TO FIND OUT ABOUT THEIR COMPANY, BEFORE BEING CHARGE.

I should have seen all the bad reviews before even ordering from here

I ordered yellow mangoes and received green raw mangoes and they dont want to return it because raw or not they are still mangoes thats the mr raid from complain department told me pls be carefull when u order any thing from here because if its gud or bad they will not return it instead he wants to give me back the 3 dh service fess can u believe that

19/05/2023 I have received black and decker blender from noon.Only one time I used it and it was broken.And also I throw my box because no need to keep empty box with me I trust noon and black decker but they refuse to replace or refund my cash without box.Well disappointed this crazy app and this brand.Please do the needful as soon as possible.

I bought a Samsung mobile through noon and the seller is noon it self (not from other seller). I received it yesterday and it was no working and I called them and they advice to call Samsung store. I went to Samsung store and they checked the serial number and told me that the phone was used 3 days ago and checked the phone it was not a real phone it was a demo.and the serial number doesn't belong to this device!

7 days,,,, many phone calls to Noon customer care,,,,, multiple emails,,,, still problem not solved.

The story: received a 1star energy efficient AC for the order placed for a 4star energy efficient model.

I am receiving same reply from noon followed by each email. But I haven't received a solution yet.

I would like to say that the support Noon provided is pathetic.

How customers will trust you Noon?

Today I received a call from Noon staff who offered me AED 75 as compensation and then he raised it to AED 100. Then he asked me to keep the wrong product which I got from Noon.

I hope the Noon team has the minimum knowledge to understand that the wrong air conditioner model with a 1-star energy rating will make a 30% increase in electricity consumption.

Considering these facts, I am not ready to agree to any compensation deals keeping the wrong product with me.

Noon may better consider replacing it with the correct product and then compensating me for the inconvenience caused to me and my family due to the fraud deal done by Noon and seller.

This company are scamming thieves that will take your money but not give you the product you paid for.
I would not purchase anything from them if you do not want to get in to difficulties trying to get your money back. They do not care about the customer. Once they have your money thats it. Business ethics are simple, treat your customers right and they will come back. Noon do not understand this.

Zero for service for everything. They bring the wrong items. They come always later than the due date a week later. The customer service are dead bodies who will do no $#*! but to everytime say only we will raise a complain within 48 hours u ll get a response. If u ever get the call they will tell u again a stupid story. Never will they solve any issue. They will kill customers nerves and never fix any problem. They r not professional. If you want to get blood pressure body tension and a heart attack and never get what u ordered delivered chose Noon. They r as usuels as their name.

I purchased some products on march 12 on same day i cancelled two items it was paid online. So they promised me that i will het my refund within 7 to 14 days which is not refunded till now (April 18) Customer service is too bad. I am waiting to get my refund more than one month still they are asking to wait 48 hours to update. We will not trust this app again very dissatisfied will not order again. You have loose your regular customer. Please dont mention anything THAT YOU CANNOT DO IT

I have ordered the asus tuf laptop no response i tried to call them in uae service center still its showing busy i dont get it if the help center is busy what is the point of giving helpline number if its busy everyday extremely dissatisfied with the service never gonna buy from noon again
