I purchased some products on march 12 on same day i cancelled two items it was paid online. So they promised me that i will het my refund within 7 to 14 days which is not refunded till now (April 18) Customer service is too bad. I am waiting to get my refund more than one month still they are asking to wait 48 hours to update. We will not trust this app again very dissatisfied will not order again. You have loose your regular customer. Please dont mention anything THAT YOU CANNOT DO IT
Hello Dileesha, we did check your account and we can see that, the concerned team has clarified that you were not charged for the order and the initial deduction will not appear in your bank statement. This amount will be automatically reversed by your issuing bank depending on the bank's policy. Thanks.
