I bought a google pixel 6 pro in May 2023, after 4 months, In September 2023 it's speaker and microphone stopped working after a security update. I complained to noon and a delivery person came to pick it up since it's still under warranty. After 2 weeks it's returned saying there is a physical damage and warranty declined. The physical damage they pointed is a microscopic scratch in the chrome edge of phone which can't be even seen. Anyhow when I gave the phone to delivery person there was no such scratches. So I contacted customer care and they said usually they take pictures of phone at warehouse before sending it to service centres, they will check it and revert. After few days they called and said the damage happened during transit. The warranty claim team is not ready to take it's responsibility. I have been contacting noon customer care since many days, all they say is warranty declined but not ready to take it's responsibility nor give me a solution. They also said it's already repaired from outside which I didn't. I assume they made a physical damage to my phone to decline the warranty claim... Noon please stop scamming your customers.
Edit: noon stop copy pasting your lame response when I have clearly said that there was no physical damage when I gave my phone to you for repair. Your customer care also agreed that it could have happened from your side while transit. And you people haven't even responded to our previous email. Scammers

Be warned people. Noon will sell you fake, illegal products, they will tell you they're refunding your money, but actually hold it in a wallet. Unless you notice and spend days trying to get their awful customer service department to do anything, then send all your bank account details (despite the fact that your original purchase was made by card and they already have them), they hold the money until it conveniently EXPIRES and then they keep it! Their consumer treatment is wrong on nearly every level. They are operating in a highly unethical and unscrupulous manner. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY!

I did 2 transaction with Noon.com where I purchased a laptop and then cancelled the item and purchased another laptop without waiting for refund for first purchase and I did the mistake because I am still waiting for the money to be returned but still not. Another transaction where I ordered a phone but it was some mark the screen so I raised the return request and without waiting for the return I ordered another phone. As expected no one come to collect the faulty phone so far. Noon has worse return and refund policy. Will not buy anything again.

Placed an order and the product was supposed to be delivered the day after. Out for delivery notification was shown the next day without any delivery. Product was still not delivered the next day also. Even after contacting customer service, there was no update. Finally cancelled the order. I am supposedly a "VIP" customer!. Will stop further purchases and switch over to other e-commerce platforms.

This has happened to me quite a number of times. The prices shown in the app for restaurants with offers are astronomical and even after 50% discount, the price is much higher than the actual price of the product.
One example, i happened to order food from a restaurant with Noon one which has free delivery and it said there's a discount of 50%. The restaurant sent me their menu card since they knew that Noon was scamming us and I could see the actual price of the product was just AED 49 whereas I paid AED 65 after 50% discount. I wish i had an option to sue the company for fraud.
