If I could give -10 I will I had a very bad experience I will never think to order from again after trying hard to get the order delivered(travel bag) because I'm traveling outside uae I tried sending a lot of request for urgent delivery trough your customer service representative and emails even it's already supposed to be delivered today nothing at all solved they keeping saying will raise a complaint this is so unprofessional and unfair to me waste of time and money second; the delivery agent I tried too much times calling him no answer no feedback at all lol how funny it's in the end saying he's the one called me and didn't answer unsatisfied unprofessional very bad service
I bought a set of things that are special gifts to take with me during my time outside the country. Unfortunately after confirming the order and paying it.
