I ordered some football boots from namshi, specifically the mds zoom vapor 15s, and it shipped to me in less then 24 hours, in fact only a bit more than 12 hours, but it was my wrong size, which was my fault, so i asked for an exchange and it got approved. I asked how long it would take through email and they answered in a flash. The only reason im giving a 4 star is because the tag, box and wrapping paper were slightly damaged and the box had one small stain.
Where is my refund? I have been following up for a month now! Worst customer experience. Useless teams who are just sitting there and not helping the customers. Nobody is replying to my emails. Whenever I call, I get the same answer everytime that money will be refunded withing 2 working days..
Take it from me "Run Forrest Run" lol, you're better off shopping elsewhere. What a disappointing experience i had with them, and their customer support team are totally useless specially the supervisors if they exist...

NAMSHI cheats its customers and robs them of their money! I returned items on 28th Feb and today is 1st April but they have not refunded the amount for my return. They lied to me by first saying that the credit card refund failed and asked for my bank account details. I provided the details. On the 11th March they told me that the bank transfer has been initiated. But when I followed up yesterday they said that the Finance department has still not issued the refund. Their manager refuses to call me back and has lied to me as well. They make the customer chase them for their own money. NAMSHI is the worst online retailer. I have had a terrible experience and have been cheated. They will never give you back your money!
Looking at the other customer's reviews, it seems that I am not the only one who returned their order, but to date has not received my money back (waiting for my refund for more than a month now)...I guess this is the new work "ethic" at Namshi, so hopefully people check the site reviews before buying from there as they have definitely changed to worse. Never used to have problems with them before, but looks like now they are purposely avoiding returning customers their money and unless you chase them, you'll never see it again. That said, I've called them 3 times and sent probably 15 back-forward emails, but I still don't have my money back, so not sure I'll get it back even after all the time I've wasted on contacting them.
Items were delivered quickly, but when an issue arose to return one of the items for exchange customer service was very poor and no good solution was given. Overall unhappy with the customer service.

Placed an order that cost me 288$. They took the money straight away from my card. No items delivered after 10days despite the status saying 5days I will received the item. Requested for refund but its a pain to get my money back. They wont give refund reference no. And all they say it has been referred to the concerned dept. but obviously you cant hold unto their words. Im chasing my money back everyday! To those who ever think of ordering from this site, please be cautious. Give yourself a favor

Last month I bought a shoes from Namshi which is suppose to be a polo authentic shoes made in turkey but when I receive it it's not as they say it details it's actually made in China after wearing it three times the shoes smells so bad and couldn't wear anymore so I had to just throw it I advise you to buy from the brand itself and avoid buying from online especially from Namshi
I made an order with Namshi, received three items. Two items with no issues and the third is a pair of trainers that seems to be worn before, the ticket is torn and the soles are dirty. Contacted the customer service. They instructed me to return the product and a credit will be returned to my account and choose another one. This seemed very casual as if this is something they do everyday and when i asked is this common they asked if i needed assistance with anything else. So i did the only sensible thing, closed the chat window and not use the website again.
I appreciate 100% NAMSHI products. It's very nice and good quality also cheap price. I ordered online morning and same day evening I got my all items. I saw in reviews very bad comments that's time am very sad but I got my order items in my hand that's time am very very happy. Don't believe the online reviews. Am preferred to NAMSHI products. Thank you.
Never buy on Namshi. Its all Lies 1-2 days delivery! Dont ever believe on this. My items are not deliver i waited for 6 days and no one is even calling im following up online but useless team.

DO NOT USE - I would happily give less then 1 star if I could terrible service I have been waiting for my delivery since 4 days.it's supposed to be delivered on 2nd Oct but I haven't received yet. I spoke to NAMSHI customer supper but no use.
Since 2nd Oct i call support team more then 5 time and all the time they said I'll b receiving my delivery next morning.
I showed my concern and even mentioned that I have a flight to catch.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.

I always ordered from namshi and their services was superb not until noon took over namshi their services got poor no response and not taking an action especially to the return items. Kindly do something on this matter especially the NOON! So disappointed with their services and poor customer service!
I recently encountered a severe security breach involving my Namshi and Noon accounts, which resulted in an unauthorized transaction of AED196.80. Since both accounts are unfortunately linked, the hacker utilised my Namshi funds to purchase Razer cards through my Noon account.
Over the past week, I've been in constant communication with the customer service teams of both Namshi and Noon, only to find myself caught in a frustrating cycle of redirection between the two. This lack of accountability is utterly unacceptable. I want to emphasize that I have not utilised any public internet connections and have maintained the confidentiality of my password.
Moreover, I have not made a single purchase on Noon this year, making the fraudulent transaction even more glaring. Despite my persistent efforts, the promised managerial callback has failed to materialise, indicative of a frustrating disregard for customer concerns.
Evidently, the security infrastructure of both companies appears compromised, given that an unauthorised party successfully transferred funds from my Namshi to Noon account and executed an order using an unfamiliar phone number, which is unequivocally not mine. I have meticulously documented this entire ordeal with screenshots and intend to involve law enforcement to address this criminal activity.
My primary objective is the retrieval of my misappropriated funds. Regrettably, the subpar customer service experience has led me to the decision of closing both accounts asap. My time has been needlessly wasted, and this experience has been nothing short of infuriating.
In conclusion, the customer service I have received is substandard, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of both Namshi and Noon. This has been an utterly frustrating ordeal, and I still expect a swift resolution to this matter.
I ordered yesterday via online of a Buy 1 Get 1 Adidas shoes for men and women. But I just noticed today that there is a defects. Now not sure if I bought a fake Adidas shoes! You can see a writing on it that we can't erase, the tongue does length is not the same and the lace hook in the tongue is also not proportion.
I was sent the wrong dress and despite numerous email that went unanswered their team finally responded to say they did send the correct dress. Nearly two months later I'm waiting for them to fix the issue. I've shopped from them for years and spent thousands of dollars. Well not anymore. Namshi doesn't care about its customers.
