Ordered and paid for a delivery. When the delivery reached my place, the delivery person asked to obtain the code in order to be able to handover the box. I didn't know about the code and I tried with the delivery person to identify the code but I couldn't locate it. He then refused to handover the box and said he will come back shortly. Over one hour passes where I had to call the delivery person again only to find that he left however once again he confirms that he will complete my delivery later in the same evening. I had to call Namshi call center, explain the bad experience and file a complaint. I ask again the delivery to reach my place within 30 min, offering to show the EID instead of the code as an alternative solution. The call center personal confirms my request. 2 hours later, always no delivery.
I call back the call center, only to be asked to explain again my frustration, which I refuse to do. I ask for my delivery as I had requested earlier, the new call center personal, cannot be straight forward with me and tries for every instance to deviate and transgress form my main requests. I ask to speak to the manager, she first says yes, one minute later, the manager is not available and he will call me back within 24h. I ask for my delivery and she says, I will receive it the next day and surely not the same night. An extremely unprofessional company with untrustworthy personal and with no credibility and ethics whatsoever.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone at all…

Very bad costumer service, cant get any help at all, pick up return they cant do, there no communication between website and courier company that they use, do not sugget to order from Namshi
I ordered a few things from Namshi a few days ago and when i was trying to track my order the second day it said "delivered". I didnt receive anything and when i called them the first time they couldnt find me: not my email, not my name, not my order number and not even my phone number. Then i called again and said that they will send me an email m, but nothing. Third time i call she just told me u have to wait a few days they are so busy. I read that they do this to a lot of people and pretend they received a picture from the delivery man that he dropped it at our door.
Im not going to let this go, even if i have to deal with it with the police.

I purchased around 230 USD in one order, and they had to credit my wallet with an amount they called cashback.
They did it. But without any description of the limited time it took to use it!
After 60 days without any notification, they deleted all the credit in my wallet...
Take it from me "Run Forrest Run" lol, you're better off shopping elsewhere. What a disappointing experience i had with them, and their customer support team are totally useless specially the supervisors if they exist...

Never buy on Namshi. Its all Lies 1-2 days delivery! Dont ever believe on this. My items are not deliver i waited for 6 days and no one is even calling im following up online but useless team.

Worst exchange and return services due to an incompetent customer service agent.
I have been following up for the past month and keep receiving the same generic response:
"We apologize for the problem you encountered, and we understand your patience. Please note that the relevant department is working hard to solve the problem with your request, and the relevant department has been alerted to follow up with you regarding the latest developments."
The issue is very simple and can be resolved by creating the correct airway bill number with the logistics supplier.
Namshi/Noon has got the worst after sales customer support service in the GCC.
Where is my refund? I have been following up for a month now! Worst customer experience. Useless teams who are just sitting there and not helping the customers. Nobody is replying to my emails. Whenever I call, I get the same answer everytime that money will be refunded withing 2 working days..
I got 2 products from Namshi. One of the product Vitamin C from La Roche. Was oxidised after using on face.
After multiple calls and complaints.there was no action taken, nor anyone called from the coustomer service to take a note of it...
It's been absolutely waste of money to shop from Namshi.
Total disgusting service and horrible service
Placed an order that cost me 288$. They took the money straight away from my card. No items delivered after 10days despite the status saying 5days I will received the item. Requested for refund but its a pain to get my money back. They wont give refund reference no. And all they say it has been referred to the concerned dept. but obviously you cant hold unto their words. Im chasing my money back everyday! To those who ever think of ordering from this site, please be cautious. Give yourself a favor
I always ordered from namshi and their services was superb not until noon took over namshi their services got poor no response and not taking an action especially to the return items. Kindly do something on this matter especially the NOON! So disappointed with their services and poor customer service!
NAMSHI cheats its customers and robs them of their money! I returned items on 28th Feb and today is 1st April but they have not refunded the amount for my return. They lied to me by first saying that the credit card refund failed and asked for my bank account details. I provided the details. On the 11th March they told me that the bank transfer has been initiated. But when I followed up yesterday they said that the Finance department has still not issued the refund. Their manager refuses to call me back and has lied to me as well. They make the customer chase them for their own money. NAMSHI is the worst online retailer. I have had a terrible experience and have been cheated. They will never give you back your money!
Looking at the other customer's reviews, it seems that I am not the only one who returned their order, but to date has not received my money back (waiting for my refund for more than a month now)...I guess this is the new work "ethic" at Namshi, so hopefully people check the site reviews before buying from there as they have definitely changed to worse. Never used to have problems with them before, but looks like now they are purposely avoiding returning customers their money and unless you chase them, you'll never see it again. That said, I've called them 3 times and sent probably 15 back-forward emails, but I still don't have my money back, so not sure I'll get it back even after all the time I've wasted on contacting them.
I was sent the wrong dress and despite numerous email that went unanswered their team finally responded to say they did send the correct dress. Nearly two months later I'm waiting for them to fix the issue. I've shopped from them for years and spent thousands of dollars. Well not anymore. Namshi doesn't care about its customers.
I have received an item today from namshi. Im an international customer but I was cheated. They got me delivered the wrong product when I try to register a complaint using faq it is not even working properly. Answer: I just bought Nike Shoes and I'm very disappointed with the quality. It does not look original and also what I received have some damages on it. I immediately requested for a refund to my credit card and as per the customer agent it will take at least 7 days after the collection of the products. Hopefully I will not face any issue regarding my refund.
