If a shop promises 2 working day shipping then sends an SMS confirming that the delivery will happen "today" and still doesn't deliver 5 days later, then nobody should suffer the terrible service.
Namshi is just a fancier souq.com with worse problems and worse customer service. Don't be fooled.
They didn't have a team to respond your quires, Its just a bunch of people who doesn't have any commitment towards their customer. For an order conformation you have to wait till you die unless you make a call and ask them what's the problem.
Mistaken to order one time, I will not repeat this again in my lifetime...

I made an order with Namshi, received three items. Two items with no issues and the third is a pair of trainers that seems to be worn before, the ticket is torn and the soles are dirty. Contacted the customer service. They instructed me to return the product and a credit will be returned to my account and choose another one. This seemed very casual as if this is something they do everyday and when i asked is this common they asked if i needed assistance with anything else. So i did the only sensible thing, closed the chat window and not use the website again.
I bought "Robert Wood" lap top bag, nice just design, bag without brand Labels. That's why I think it's fake brand, quality of material cheap and not resistant to scratch. Using 2nd day. Think Namshi also cooperate with unknown brands and selling it as Brand.
I made a purchase back on 18th Nov 2021. I was expecting my shoe delivery within a week. They Charged me $120 for it. I was sent a message 2-3 days later, due to shoe not being in stock they cant deliver and the money will be refunded in 14 working days. Since then i have many times contacted them, emailed and every time they tell me 14 working days it will be refunded. I feel cheated and there is no return policy with this cheap fake company
I ordered some football boots from namshi, specifically the mds zoom vapor 15s, and it shipped to me in less then 24 hours, in fact only a bit more than 12 hours, but it was my wrong size, which was my fault, so i asked for an exchange and it got approved. I asked how long it would take through email and they answered in a flash. The only reason im giving a 4 star is because the tag, box and wrapping paper were slightly damaged and the box had one small stain.
I ordered several times from Namshi from Qatar and I always satisfied with them serves. Well packaging as well. Easy returns and refunds in less than 1 week. Also I'm satisfied with 95% of them products.
I saw a lot of bad review for Namshi but my experience tell a different story. The delivery was super fast (not even 1 week). The item received was perfect and beautiful. I don't have any complaints at all. Great job! Excellent!
Very Addictive, Had my 4 consecutive orders (with only 2-days apart in each order) i cant help it, was so glad when i receive my first package, its really good, im super happy, its more like,"what u see, is what u get"
I needed an outfit for a weekend night out and Namshi didn't fail me on their promise of 24 hour delivery. Their customer service is superb, the agents are responsive and friendly. Their selections are limited though. I wish they would add more affordable clothing but all in all, best online shop for garments in Dubai!
I ordered for shoes which was too small for my feet. I have been trying to return it since about 10 days now. I call customer service every 2 days, they give me a new return request & nothing happens. When I reviewed here, I was asked to reach out to discuss which I did. And I have now received an email that they cant accept it because they were used items. I am genuinely confused if they are just confused or just trying to make a quick buck off of me.
I am very disappointed with them! Its been almost two months, they dont want to pay me my $180 refund back but if it was namshi credit they would refund it at the same time and I keep on following with them but theres no use!
I don't know where to begin its been second time namshi stealing money from me. Whenever I return some items its goes in my wallet account or bank account but instead of giving me back my money they just make some story we deducted from previous order etc which is a lie. They just don't want to refund your money. They are so bad in cheating customer
I bought a pair of Calvin Klein sneakers and the packaging arrived in very bad condition! They just put the shoe box in a nylon bag and sent it to me. I'm lucky the shoe wasn't damaged, it's an expensive shoe. Please pay attention, namshi!.
I attached aphoto for 1 of 3 cases, extended for months, no refund, no call back, no emails, and every day i spend 1 hr with support, but nothing happening, i found out its not just me but many people have the same issue

Received a dress, which looked nothing like the picture, of different color and threads already coming out. When I called customer service, they advised that dress cannot be returned unless I have the plastic bag which it was delivered in (which my maid threw). Horrible web site, really bad quality of clothes. You better off buying from dragon mart than from this website. AVOID at all cost. Jayasree
Ordered shoes, was small, requested to exchange, since 4 July cannot delivery, got delivery sms cancelled twice. Contacted to customer call center, says no worries will be delivered soon, contacted today again the same, so annoyed and frustrated, AE*******657
1-2 working days they say, first time i ordered it was over 15 days and this time its been 4 already and counting, the customer service told me another 1-2 days but they dont estimate delivery date? They then asked to update my address and phone number as they said they didnt have but its right there in the account, just a delaying tactic i think. Also quite a few items they have for sale are not actually available even tho they are still currently being shown for sale with no notice of out of stock. Bad management from inventory to delivery to customer service handling. Dont buy from this site unless you really enjoy frustration
It's a month now I am waiting for my order. I sent several mails, asking about it, but every time I get copy paste response. They're just sending automatic message.
Btw they are canceling one by one of items I ordered, and I am from Europe (paid 50$ shipping fee) so on the end I will pay 50$ for nothing terrible service, very unprofessional, they have no respect for costumer.
I placed an order. Paid online and expected next day delivery, as that is what they state on their website.

I contacted them. They needed to verify my payment card.
So I sent them a photo of the card, a d a photo of my ID.
Still no delivery, just apologies.
This went on for 7 days.
On friday Namshi phoned me and said I would definitely receive the order by today.
No delivery.
Contact Namshi and they apologise.
So I had to cancel as we are moving. I only used their website as they promised next day delivery.
Bit disappointed. Now I hope they refund my card as I have cancelled properly and have requested a refund. I will update this review to let you know.
Answer: I just bought Nike Shoes and I'm very disappointed with the quality. It does not look original and also what I received have some damages on it. I immediately requested for a refund to my credit card and as per the customer agent it will take at least 7 days after the collection of the products. Hopefully I will not face any issue regarding my refund.
