Namshi

The quality of my item (dress) was bad and I immediately opened a return with Namshi. Aramex were SLOW in collecting the item and now almost a month and Namshi still haven't refunded my money. Such terrible service. I will not be making further purchases from Namshi unless they improve.

I recently ordered $53 shoes for my brother as a gift. Firstly, they did not confirm my order for 3 days and when I emailed them for the reason they asked me to fill out my Id card details which was fine with me. I received a phone call soon after which was mute for 20 seconds which made me assume it might be a scammer so i cut it. After cutting the call when I tracked my order soon after, it said it has been cancelled and I received absolutely no emails or calls or texts from them and they arent replying to my emails now in which i asked them how I am gonna get my money back because i payed via card. I am currently broke as i spent my savings to buy my brother a nice present. Very very very disappointed.

I order size US 9 Jordan shoes and they send me size US 8 which is way too tight and it was unsable! Moreover, the day I have ordered it says to be delivered after 2 days. But when I have paid, it took 7 days and still on process on the system. Very weak support they are just after your money!

Customer service are dishonest and unhelpful. After reassuring me that my order was cancelled and I even saw the money refunded to my account about a day or 2 later get a notification order shipped. Contacted several times telling them I had been refunded and they told me just not to accept the delivery. Now I noticed today that they retook the amount from my account which I find to be very fishy and they now insist order cannot be cancelled once shipped. There is at least 4 interactions btw them and I and i even contacted dhl who also had information that i cancelled. But namshi are trying to say otherwise. Unfortunately I didnt copy the chats. This has put me off dealing with them ever again

If there were a zero stars, I would have given a NO STAR.
The worst customer service. I wrote them several emails and they never responded.
Several days have passed and my order has not been processed! I already paid.

They have a nice variety of clothes and the prices are affordable, even better when on sale., free shipping over 100 SAR, COD, free exchange. The shipping is pretty fast, just within days. The website is easy to use. They have authentic brands. I bought a number of sketchers shoes some on sale and some not, everytime arriving very fast. Fast shipping, good packaging. No complaints at all. I like that they have a wish list, not all sites do, this way we can remember an item of interest.

I returned some items due to poor quality and they keep telling me its the bank takes 25 days to refund on debit cards, clearly they are not correct as I order online all the time and it never took 25 days to transfer a refund back. Maybe they hold onto the money

So I normally live in the UK but I'm living abroad temporarily so I obviously still have the UK's phone number. Anyway when I tried to do an order, Namshi put my order on hold and when I contacted the customer service, they said they would need my contact details again. They replied to me that they cannot accept my phone number since it's the UK's and not the country's that I'm ordering to. In this point they had already taken my money and for refund they gave me these Namshi credits and well, I tried to order the same item again. The second time I used my friend's phone number because at least it has the country code that Namshi accepts... Well turned out they put my order again on hold and I've paid my items now twice like what is this, is this a joke or something? Not even able to get my money back! I've never had a problem making orders while living abroad and using the UK phone number. This seems like a scam website, stay away from this!

Horrible horrible experience. Guys, if you have the money just go to a shop, i am now convinced that ordering shoes online is a big NO NO! Ordered Lacoste sneakers from Namshi.com, came the size was bigger than what you would usually get in a shop, when i returned this, i wanted to get the same pair but smaller size but Namshi did not have the size i needed so i was forced to choose Adidas. Adidas was delivered, small, when i returned and wanted to get a bigger size, have a guess, they didnt have it either, so no i am forced to choose another pair of sneakers (which i dont want) simply because Namshi cannot refund the money. Guys its a big trap! Dont put yourselves through a headache and just head to a shop instead where you can see, feel and try what you are buying and if anything, you can get your money back. So now my money is stuck on some website with no choice of shoes to buy!

Order was placed July 7 paid by credit card
They already deducted in my credit card and yet they are asking for verification id was sent immediately to confirm my identification. But still not being processed until now. This is the first time to order with this company i thought they were fast as the order is a gift. I i were you who ever is reading this please don't order from this company as they will just disappoint your expectations.

And also when it comes to customer service they cant do anything. Very poor customer service.

I wanted to let you know how disappointed I was with how my order was delivered. It has been frustrating to have to wait so long. Then, to my even greater dismay, I received my order in a damaged box.
What did you do with my order?

The delivery guy refused to deliver the order to my floor and took the parcel and i did not take back my money or the goods and the status of the shipment turned to delivered.
Customer service are not helpful and did nothing.
