Orbitz made traveling more convenient for me and my husband. We get reminders about our bookings and rebooking is usually easy too. There was just one instance that when we booked for a room at a hotel in Kansas City and on the day we went to check in, we were told we are not getting the room we booked. We asked for a refund but we were refunded a measly $4.00 for a $100.00 room! Not sure if it was Orbitz's fault or the hotel's...
Good quality clothing and accessories. Excellent customer service too. I had to return an item because the product turned out to be small... first hour in the morning of the day after I called, a representative came to get the item back. My account was also credited with the amount of the returned item the next day. I love shopping at Namshi.
Always delivers as they promised! I like that the goods are packed nicely and they deliver almost always ahead of schedule. Good customer service.
"Customer service emailed me 6 days after my purchase informing me that the product I ordered will be available within 7 to 10 days and offered me to check other products instead. I said No and informed them them I will wait for 10 days and requested that they keep me posted. The 10-day waiting period is way over so I sent them emails... I got no response and the status of my order is still "Back Order". I am almost resigned to the fact that I already lost my money and will not be receiving my order anymore. Oh, when I placed my order, the amount has been debited from my account same day!

For the out-of-stock items, we have marked the words like "Expected restock on 8th December 2016" or "Usually dispatched in 10-15 business days" on the product page. You can find it between the title and the price when you choose the size and color. If the status of your order is back order, you can choose to wait or get the refund. Sometimes, the item can't restock in time. It may be a little delayed.
We are trying to find more suppliers to ensure the stock and improve our system so that it can update the stock data more efficiently before customers place the order. Hope you can understand.
