"Customer service emailed me 6 days after my purchase informing me that the product I ordered will be available within 7 to 10 days and offered me to check other products instead. I said No and informed them them I will wait for 10 days and requested that they keep me posted. The 10-day waiting period is way over so I sent them emails... I got no response and the status of my order is still "Back Order". I am almost resigned to the fact that I already lost my money and will not be receiving my order anymore. Oh, when I placed my order, the amount has been debited from my account same day!

For the out-of-stock items, we have marked the words like "Expected restock on 8th December 2016" or "Usually dispatched in 10-15 business days" on the product page. You can find it between the title and the price when you choose the size and color. If the status of your order is back order, you can choose to wait or get the refund. Sometimes, the item can't restock in time. It may be a little delayed.
