I have bought HUAWEI Y9 from noon and after 4 months it is not turning on. I have requested for warranty and they collected the phone for repair. Then the phone is came back without repairing. They are saying, the fault because of my misuse. There is no any physical damages. Then how they are saying I misused my mobile. I contacted the seller directly and they said to request noon to pick the phone again. But the noon saying they cannot give me the warranty because already I claimed. I didn't expected this experience from noon ever. I thought it is a good company. They show me the worst part of their service. I will not use noon anymore and I am suggesting to buy the Phone and other electronic items from your nearby stores. Their service is very good when delivering new item and they will not care when you are claiming the warranty.
