I've been ordering from this site for about a year now. Everything I order is great and the prices are awesome. This is the first time I've ordered at Christmas time though and I'm a bit nervous. I called customer service and they were no help. I've received one item in the mail yesterday and checking their website several items have been shipped. I'm not going to say bad things yet until there's a reason. So far so good, still 2 weeks left till Christmas. :)
I placed an order on 12/01/2013 for seven different items. I have only recieved two of the 7. And now the other five items can not be found. The tracking numbers provided are not providing any information whatsoever as to where my packages are. One tracking number is invalid. I am going to be a dispute with my credit card company and have them reverse the charges. This is so crazy, never again
I ordered $200.00 worth of stuff from their website on 12/2/13. I received an email from them that my order had been shipped and delivered on 12/9/13. They lied. It is no where to be found! It says that it was delivered yesterday at 4:30... I was home all day. I called them this morning... they said your wait time is less than 2 minutes. I waited for an hour! Finally someone by the name of Benedict came on the line. He said that the shipment email that I received is wrong and according to his records the item is still in transit! How can that be? He had no idea. I am hoping this is not a huge scam!
I ordered two of the same items on November 24th and when I finally received shipment I only received one. I contacted Nomorerack.com and they contacted the vender and said I would hear something in a couple of days. Several days went by with no word so I contacted Nomorerack.com. I was told they contacted the vender and I should hear something in a week or two. Unacceptable. I also made the mistake of placing other orders that I have still have not received and one is still processing after 8 days. I will NEVER use this site again!
The only downside for me was, tracking the package. Ordering was very simple. I made my purchase on Dec 3,2013. My package was received on Dec. 8,2013. Very simple great experience, I will continue to use this site. Oooh and I ordered a comforter set with pillows, 8 lbs, delivered in 5 days for free! Thank you no rack for the savings!
So far they have charged my credit card and have not provided shipping instructions, so after reading all of these reviews, I am very nervous... I have emailed their customer service and will report back on the progress. As of right now, I am not really finding this to be ethical, due to the fact that they have charged my credit card...

I have ordered 3 items so far from this sight. I ordered a set of sheets and a loom set for gifts. I received the sheets very quickly. The looms took a couple of weeks. To the point I put in a request for information and received a timely response. I did receive the looms. I got a killer deal on a Strider bike and am waiting delivery. It has only been a couple of days and today received the tracking # for delivery. I forgot my password and had trouble with the reset. They helped me promptly. So far, I have not had a negative experience and plan to order again.
Ordered items delivered in about 10 days1 item missing. Can't find a phone #, email not answered... finally posted a complaint on FB page, answered quickly and erased that post immediately. Guess that the only way to get there attention. Anyway it's been almost another 2 weeks and all I get, when I get a response I get is we are looking into it, we have contacted the vendor, we cant refund, we can't ask the vendor to reship, overnight isn't something they can do. They still won't give me a phone # and tell me to be understanding!
Merchandise received was obvious seconds from god know where, theydid take care of one problem, but no more, the customer service aid I should have read the fine print, and the fine print, so be on the look out will not support this wed site again
I ordered a month ago and have not received any thing yet and have had to cancel the charge on my credit card. If you have a problem with them the credit card company will take the charge off after fifteen days. That is what I did. I called the company and they keep promising the order is coming but when? It is not worth the hassle..
I order some Christmas gifts during Black Friday... and I'm still waiting on a tracking number so I can find out with my merchandise. After being on hold for 23 minutes even though the recording said no longer the two minutes I finally got ahold of a representative who can tell me anything about the items that I ordered. This has been a second attempt to find out what's going on my items and once again no help from this company I would never shop there again!
I placed a order a month ago and sent it back a day or 2 after I received my purchase because it was not what I expected. I received confirmation of its arrival to the vendor but it been a month since the confirmation and I still have not received my credit to my credit card. They have the worst customer service ever so if you value your money and your time do not shop here. "I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER". Let it be known you're at the vendors mercy not NOMORERACK they subcontract through other vendors NONE of the items on their site are shipped through them. Save yourself a couple of headaches one from the bad customer service and another from trying to get it resolved through their so called supervisors that sound like they are not here in the US.

I have ordered something from this website and I am terrified after reading the reviews, they have my money and my items has not shipped yet and I can not get anyone to take my call or reply with an email. The sheer volume of bad reviews is breath taking. I spent $118 of my good hard earned money for my kids christmas presents and these people seem to not even have the ability to assure me - a new customer that my goods will be on the way. Ill let you guys know.
I have ordered things from nomorerack before. I'm happy with everything I got. I've ordered clothes, a gorgeous ring that I always get compliments on, and BB cream. Everything was as described. Most things got here quickly. Two to three weeks is not bad, to save good money. I ordered a tablet on Thanksgiving, and it just shipped, but at least I have tracking information from USPS.
Perhaps they have made some mistakes in the past, but it seems that sites like this are really trying to up their game. Honestly, I'm happy with them.
I ordered from this website on cyber monday and when I saw the price I ordered right away thinking it was nordstrom rack oopps! :) Well when I realized it wasn't I went on and read reviews and was instantly nervous. Well I'm happy to report I received my order with no problems. I ordered on the 1st and received my order the 7th. Everything was perfect. My only complaint was they were slow to update shipping information and I didn't receive a shipping email even though it said I would. Other than that i'm very happy. I'm ordering another pair for my niece today!
I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter. Quality of boots was poor- felt like cardboard inside, they also ran small. THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS ANYWHERE AS TO HOW TO RETURN THEM, in box or on web. I sent a email asking how to return - no reply. Sent 2nd email, reply was - sorry it is to late for a refund! They only got me for $31, whoever it is a TOTAL RIP OFF!

Waste of time to order from them. I live in a rural area, and ordered a very small item, but they refuse to ship to PO Boxes. I told them my billing address was my PO Box, but they just wouldn't help. Don't bother- the company doesn't seem to care about customer service or customer needs.

Worst shopping experience possible! And I havent even received my order yet so I dont know what the quality will be like. We ordered 3 tablets for our kids Christmas presents on 12.01. Order is still "processing", however you can be damn sure they took our money! I have sent 6 emails about our order not going through and I have gotten the same "form letter" response. Never once answered my questions. I also tried calling and doing their live chat. No one answers ever. Im afraid we wont get them by Christmas and those were their Santa presents. Answer: I think everyone in this position should start filing reports with the authorities! No reputable business treats customers like this. Get the word out on this scam company. It's the ones who give up and walk away that keeps choxi/nomorerack alive
Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
Answer: Consider yourself lucky they do not ship to Canada. Horrible company to buy anything from! Would definitely NOT recommend buying from them - even torn newspaper for a 2-year old to have fun throwing them away. They will find a way to mess up that too.

Answer: There is NO return policy. One item I bought from them was not at all what was pictured and di not fit. I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
