I ordered gold ball earrings, when I got a pair, they were the size of pin head instead of the size I ordered.
Placed an order on 11-30 and they were quick to take my money but after 11 days, my order still says processing. I emailed CS and was told it would be "escalated" but nothing has changed. I emailed them yet again other wise i will file a formal complaint with the BBB. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
I ordered from this website and then discovered all these horrible reviews, so I was really nervous. Now, the facts: I placed my order on 12/3/13, received a confirmation email right away, and today 12/11/13 I received my package ( the shipping took a week and the delay was caused by winter storms, not the website). I didn't receive a shipping confirmation via email, however on my account on the website there was a Fedex tracking number that not fake. :) The Dawgs boots are just wonderful - I absolutely love them! And they were ½ off the lowest price on i-net! So I'm very pleased so far. I'm not sure if I order from nomorerack again (I prefer Groupon), but hopefully they are improving. I also would buy only goods for which the maker company is clearly stated to avoid counterfeit.
I realize it is Christmas time and their warehouse is crazy busy. To not ship a product within 24 hours, 48 hours max is UNACCEPTABLE!. This was my first order from nomorerack.com and if this is their normal business practice it will be my last. I can assure you Overstock.com has the same merchandise and certainly does not hold orders. I would suggest them to be honest on their website that they won't be shipping the products out for however long not it can take 10- 14 days to receive. For people like me that live in major cities we normally receive items within 2 to 3 days. Their shipping policy is very misleading..
I placed an order for two tablets, I received one. When I tried to "chat" to resolve, I gave up after waiting almost an hour. I emailed them twice with no reply. I finally had to put a dispute on mu credit card and get my money back.
This site is total crap - stay away.
Super slow at shipping. If you need it quickly, look elsewhere. I am still waiting for my tablet, I have contacted CS many times with little help if any at all.
My mom has the same tablet that I ordered and it quit working after 3 weeks. Now she is having problems with service support of the product, the items electrical terminals was held together with hot glue instead of solder. I would go to another site and pay a little bit more and save yourself some headaches.
I hope this helps others! I ordered sheets back in November. I thought it was odd that I did not receive any tracking information a few days after I placed the order. I could not locate a phone number on their website, just email. So I emailed CS. No one responded back to me. I started to get nervous! I did find them on FB and posted my issue on their FB page and I got a response right away as well as the CS phone number. I also finally received an email with tracking info. I would recommend going to their FB page and posting your complaint. Because it is seen by many, you are more likely to get a response back in a more timely manner than going the normal CS route. I finally received my sheets 3 weeks later! I will not order from them again. I don't mind waiting if I am kept informed. My issue is with the poor customer service. Additionally, after reading many of the posts on this board, it sounds like the CS is inconsistent and not very reliable. Lesson learned!
If you un into a problem and expect to get it resolved through customer service, you are in for a real run around the bush, lies, double-speak and repeated/regurgitated responses. The phone number for customer service is never available. I pray not every transaction will result in conflict, so i gave this company two chances to make good on my negative outlook on them. Them screwed me each time. This last time they put a debit on my account, designated as recurring. I had to have my bank intervene. They do have some good priced onmerchandise, but man o man do they lie or cya. When my shipment comes in i will be returning it
I am not new to online shopping, I'm pretty sure when to avoid an online scam. But these people really drew me in. I ordered an Italian alligator embossed purse, I'm not stupid, I knew it was probably going to be fake plastic stuff but the price was good so I ordered it. When it arrived, I took it out of the packaging, there was no tissue paper that you usually find in a new item. I looked inside the purse and there I found pen marks as if someone had pushed an uncapped pen down into the purse, crumbs in the pockets and actual lipstick marks on the sides of the lining inside the purse. Then I inspected the outside. The handle was already losing the plastic outer shell. This is a well used purse sold as an off the rack, just got a bargain price. Not cool. Ok, if this was the only bad experience I'd be ok with that. I also ordered at the same time a pair of children's gold cross dangle earrings. When I got them they were gold foil and they dent and fold just like tinfoil. Not so great. So for me it is no longer nomorerack.com. It is nomoreofthat$#*!.com
I ordered 2 9" tablets from this place and now they are telling me that it will take 3 weeks just for them to update me when the order will be shipped... I emailed them explaining this was for xmass and are needed, they told me it will take another 2 weeks before I could get another update. I asked them to cancel the order and they said they could not cancel, even though it's another 2 weeks before we know when the order will even be shipped... I have disputed with paypal who indicated they had very limited contact info on them as well... That should tell you something... Find them on FB and watch the negative comments pop up and then get deleted non stop...
Ordered an item and my credit card was charged on 10/26. Order was then refused at post office as I subsequently ordered a different item. It has now been all most two months and I have still not received credit on my card. I keep getting run around about it. Do yourself a favor and use amazon instead!
I placed an order on this site on 11/29 and received an email on 12/3 that the item had been shipped yet today 12/10 the USPS website shows that all they have received is the electronic shipping information... no package to ship. I have emailed the site since there is no telephone number to call and all I get is them telling me that they have forwarded the issue to the vendor. I'm a single mother and can not afford to buy another gift for my child since these funds are apparently gone. I'm disgusted!
I ordered a tablet on 11/22/13 and had not heard a word about it being shipped or in the process... nothing. So, of course, I sent an email to see what the status was. Same response I see everyone else on here got, a day and a half after I sent it. In the response it said that I would have to wait 5-7 more days for a further answer. I sent another email today and then just asked to cancel the order. One hour later I get the email that it had been shipped (how convenient).

I opened the first tablet to try it out and realized that it came out of the box ready to use. Everything worked fine, including the camera, which isn't much to write about.
However, to a 5 year old, it's just fine.
So far, I'm very pleased.
It sucks. I wish i would have never ordered from nomorerack. I ordered 2 tablets and spent $180 dollars on cyber monday. Still havent got an email with tracking number cause it has not been shipped been over a week.

I ordered on Cyber Monday. $126. Stupid impulse buy. I can't afford to lose $126, but I can't get a refund, even though I have asked several times. It's infuriating, and I am vowing to stick to my guns next time and never order online again, unless through Amazon. I don't even want to order from them again, either, because of tax.
I have heard nothing about shipping, and if I do get an answer, it's 24 hours (or slightly less) after I made the initial complaint or asked a question.
I need my money. I would rather have that, than the stupid tablet I ordered. I don't want it, don't need it, and I need my money! I admit, stupid. I need a computer for me, and this seemed like a great deal, but it's not a great deal, considering the hassle. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!

I am a bit concern after reading all the reviews from your website. I place this order of 2 tablets and I need them by December 24. When I look in to the delivery policy state that it should arrive with in 10 to 14 Business day. Been Christmas time I just want to know if I should cancel my order. I am not worry about nothing really thing the credit card company offer to give a refund in the item does not arrive as promise and they will go after you. I placed an order on 11/25/13 for a ring and pair of boots. Well the ring was shipped and I even received an email saying that the ring shipped and was delivered on Nov. 30 which was great. I emailed NMR on Dec. 1 to request info on my boots and they responded the next day Dec. 2 saying my boots were still processing and would be shipped soon. So now a week later I email again to see about any profess and the customer service is now saying the boots were delivered on Nov. 30. I told them I never received the boots and the post office didn't have any packages there either. They then said I should file a police report. I don't know how they were NOT processed yet on Dec. 2 but they were shipped on Nov. 30. Don't order from NMR they only send half your order then make up lies to cover up them stealing your money. They are a SCAM!

Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
Answer: Consider yourself lucky they do not ship to Canada. Horrible company to buy anything from! Would definitely NOT recommend buying from them - even torn newspaper for a 2-year old to have fun throwing them away. They will find a way to mess up that too.

Answer: There is NO return policy. One item I bought from them was not at all what was pictured and di not fit. I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
