Just wanted to warn other consumers tempted as we were with Ninacloak's catalog of great looking stuff. They lie. We ordered 6 items. Two never arrived. 3 of the 4 were not as advertised. One was ok. I would advise not doing business with this outfit.
I received my order yesterday after waiting over a month. I can understand the wait, but the quality of the clothing was very disappointing. All pieces look like they would not make it through the wash without completely falling apart. I will never order from this site again.
I ordered 2 tops from this company and both were to small. I sent an email to the company about returning the items. They kept answering my email with offers to buy other sizes with a partial refund on the tops I had already purchased. I refused time and time again. Each time a different offer would come, but not return instructions or a refund. I am turning it over to my credit card company as a dispute. I would NEVER deal with this company again! Stear clear of them!
I ordered four tops on March 19,2020 and after a month of waiting I emailed and said to cancel my order and give me my money that the immediately took from my credit card. Then after six weeks I got one top and no way to return it.

This is my third attempt to write my review. Three hours wasted. I was smart enough to copy my last attempt - and will scan it and hope it will enlarge so you can read it. This site sucks - but BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. You can tell the positive ones are fake - although thanks Google translate - their grammar is getting better. Glad I read these reviews before placing my order. In my opinion, this is the same company (different name) since the sell the exact same products that I ordered last year, and the exact same tactics were used on me by Customer service, as stated by other reviewers. "They" sent me 100% polyester fabric clothes - but were advertised as cotton- they were stiff, shiny, and sheer - nothing like photos - and all badly sewn - wrong size (no where near size chart). Wrong color... You will waste hours and hours trying to get replacement or money back. I finally paid return shipping, just to get even a portion of my money back. (order close to $200.00). FOUR MONTHS LATER I received the package back at my house - they had refused delivery! I never got my money back- and finally just gave up - just like they count on- because they sent my blood pressure through the roof trying to deal with them. They even charged me for one item I never received - they said it was "OUT OF STOCK", and kept my money. I eventually just donated the items to Goodwill, even though they probably won't be able to sell them.

I doubt I will ever be able to return them and get my money back. They return address they provided me turned out to be a vacant building. They are headquartered in Hong Kong, so who do I even reach out to? Don't order from NinaCloak.
