I ordered two blouses, size 2X. They omitted the fact that the sizes are Chinese sizes and equivalent to a size 12 here. The items are being shipped directly from China so it took almost two months to receive the order. These size 2X blouses are so small that I couldn't even put them on. I do not know about the material but it looks cheap.

This company Ninacloak should be investigated and website permanently removed from any type of website. They cancelled my order and stole money. I never received any merchandise. There should be a warning to all consumers NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH NINACLOAK. I did learn something from this scam incident... TO CHECK OUT REVIEWS AND DO MY OWN INVESTIGATIONS BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING.

Stay away from this scam of a company. They never sent my items till I filed a dispute with PayPal and they didn't send two items and would never reimburse me for them. The emails I would get back from them were all scripted they obviously hadn't read my previous emails and probably can't even read English.

I believe PayPal is in on it with them and I finally had to file a complaint with the Better Business bureau to get the refund for the two items I did not get.

The items I did receive were too small and not worth the money paid.

This nasty little online SCAM is a GREAT WAY TO LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY AND NEVER RECEIVE CLOTHING THAT FITS OR IS MADE WORTH THE PRICE. On top of everything else they sometimes only send a partial order and they don't stand by their products even when they do. They refuse to give you a return address or any other useful information in order to complete the return process. BUT... they WILL take DAYS by email to respond, and when they do, they will start offering you 'partial refunds'... DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OF THEM! DEMAND A FULL REFUND AND NOTHING LESS. They play you this way, back and forth until the clock ticks out on the 'return window' and they will then refuse to refund your money based on that policy. They use ALL KINDS OF TACTICS TO AVOID REFUNDING YOUR MONEY.

WHATEVER YOU DO, NEVER GIVE THEM A SINGLE PENNY OF YOUR HARD EARNED PAYCHECK BECAUSE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AS SURE AS I AM SITTING HERE. STAY AWAY!

UPDATE: 7. 15. 20: Finally won my "war" with this ripoff of a purchase. Unfortunately it was PayPal who ultimately had to resolve and refund my money (and even THAT was a very LONG and royal pain in the nether-region)

If you have fallen victim to these THIEVES, STAND YOUR GROUND WITH PAYPAL. THEY ARE AWARE THAT THIS COMPANY IS RIPPING OFF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEY NEED TO REMOVE THEM FROM THEIR APPROVED MERCHANTS LIST. DON'T GIVE UP AND DON'T LET "NINACLOAK" WIN!

Ninacloak Scam

I purchased a blouse from Ninacloak on Wednesday and they immediately charged my account the same day. On Thursday I got a call from my bank informing me they were trying to charge the account again for the same amount but in a different name. I looked them up and obviously they are a complete scam. The bank blocked my debit card, refunded the money and reported them as fraud. I had to go to the bank today and get a new debit card. Apparently they use different business names to get away with this.

I bought 5 tops all in the same size. When I received them (a month later) only 3 were the correct size. I am still trying to return the two wrong size tops and get a refund. It took dozens of emails with their customer service staff before they even provided me with a return address. After paying the postage myself to return the items, they were sent back to me. They were undelivarable. The address I was told to send them to was vacant. I doubt I will ever receive a refund - but I keep trying with daily emails. Another problem is the customer service people don't read each other's emails to me so I'm always having to start over and explain myself. Whatever you do, don't order from Ninacloak.

BUYER BEWARE! Cancelled an order with this company, the refund was $30 short of the actual charge. Also, received an International Fee to my account over the cost of the order. Hope you read this message before you make the mistake I did.

Fraudulent site

Do NOT order through this site! After placing order, was sent shipment info, including shipment tracking info. Weeks later a notice is received, stating that order was cancelled. Two options were made re: cancellation. There is no way to indicate choice. Web site will not accept emails. Have to look up phone number through google. With effort, can get onto a recording that will not be answered, at least for 97 minutes...

Total scam. Stay away! Never received merchandise. They are being investigated. I ordered some blouses and it's been 2 months now and then I started getting u p s tracking numbers and it was a complete hoax they were doing a survey. Call PayPal and they took it right off of my account. I've looked up information about them and it's not good. Total fraud.

So I seen some what I thought were cute pea coats so I purchased 3 of them each $30. The order took so long to come I forgot I ordered anything until I received an email stating "we are sorry due to long shipping times your order had been canceled please select if you would like store credit and a coupon, or a full refund." I selected the full refund, the company did not provide my refund! I received one item in the mail from the company which was not even what I ordered, they sent a jacket size small when I ordered 3 jackets size 2xl. When I reported it to my bank they lied and told the bank they shipped my full order, which was a lie! The company is a scam, my claim with my bank was denied because the company was able to provide shipping information for the item they shipped and they acted as if the package contained every item that I ordered, which it did not! I am so distraught, wish I would have done research before getting scammed. If you are thinking of buying from them DON'T!

My purchase was over $108.00, I never received the items. After 8 weeks of back and forth emails I finally received a $44.61 refund. I have called the company many times on hold for 20 minutes or more with no one answering. I keep getting emails that say they are working on my refund and have patience it will be awhile longer. Not a trusted company and I wish I would have read these comments first. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I was ripped off!

Geeez I sure wish I had read the reviews prior to making a purchase. One blouse shipped on 3/29; I still have not received it. One blouse shows "In Progress"--even though I received. The third blouse is showing "Not Shipped" even though I ordered it 4/13. What the hell? Unfortunately, I have paid for all three. Getting hold of anyone is downright impossible! I'm not sure of my next step; I can't afford a lawyer for maybe the Attorney General? IF YOU ARE THINKING OF ORDERING FROM THESE PEOPLE, DON'T! STOP! RUN AWAY! I gave a one star because there is not a 0 star...
