I ordered a pair of boots and received the wrong ones. Instead of exchanging them, I was told that I could re-purchase the boots I want with my refund. Funny thing about this is the boots I want are now 50% higher than when I originally purchased. Bait & switch? I think so.

Looks super cute on the website. LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING! I ordered a small (5'2" 108 lbs); this dress looks like a sack on me! Not only is it super huge but hangs very badly! The white border on the neck & hemline are not part of the dress. I was told it's a "collocation" whatever the hell that means. Refund? HA! Only if I want to pay the shipping to China. I was given 15% off "to use to alter the cloth". 15% isn't even going to come close to fixing this mistake. I had read some positive reviews about this company; must have been fake. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY NO MATTER HOW TEMPTING!

I accidentally ordered the wrong shoe. I was told that I'd have to pay the return shipment to Vietnam. This does not compute since I paid $2.99 for shipping to me. No one offered me any kind of solution other than shipping back to Vietnam. Now I'm stuck with $30 shoes that I don't want. DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASES FROM THIS COMPANY; IF YOU NEED TO RETURN, KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU'LL HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPMENT BACK TO VIETNAM!

Geeez I sure wish I had read the reviews prior to making a purchase. One blouse shipped on 3/29; I still have not received it. One blouse shows "In Progress"--even though I received. The third blouse is showing "Not Shipped" even though I ordered it 4/13. What the hell? Unfortunately, I have paid for all three. Getting hold of anyone is downright impossible! I'm not sure of my next step; I can't afford a lawyer for maybe the Attorney General? IF YOU ARE THINKING OF ORDERING FROM THESE PEOPLE, DON'T! STOP! RUN AWAY! I gave a one star because there is not a 0 star...
