I bought 5 tops all in the same size. When I received them (a month later) only 3 were the correct size. I am still trying to return the two wrong size tops and get a refund. It took dozens of emails with their customer service staff before they even provided me with a return address. After paying the postage myself to return the items, they were sent back to me. They were undelivarable. The address I was told to send them to was vacant. I doubt I will ever receive a refund - but I keep trying with daily emails. Another problem is the customer service people don't read each other's emails to me so I'm always having to start over and explain myself. Whatever you do, don't order from Ninacloak.
