Please please don't purchase it's not worth your money don't work and parts are cheaply made fell apart the same day I opened it and it don't work not like it was advertised and not the original shark they selling copied products.
Don't order from this company I paid for the remote control flying shark. They sent me a generic one we can't even use it what a wasted 35 dollars. It does nothing can't get it ti work stick impossible to use iam a single parent I can't waste my money on this junk I want I full refund or iam going to the bbb

I ordered two sets of the strip lighting. One set still works and the others set has quit working. Paid $24.95 plus shipping! What a rip off!
I got suckered into believing an item marked down from $79 to $34 was a good deal -- my own foolishness, I'll admit. But this thing was far below being worth $34. I later found the same thing several places online from $6-17, so OK, I was an impulsive idiot when I ordered it. Lesson learned. And now I wanted to return it. Hah! What a bunch of lying robbers NextDealShop turns out to be: They charge a 20% restocking fee -- who does THAT anymore? When I protested that policy and said I'd write a negative review if they didn't do a full refund, they threatened to not refund ANY money if I wrote a negative review. Now that's some high-thinkin' customer service if I've ever seen any!
I purchased an outdoor solar light thinking it would be perfect. The review on Facebook were glowing! Even though I knew that they could delete bad reviews, I figured with hundreds of good ones, it would be okay... WRONG. When I received it I discovered that the light would only stay on for about two hours. When I responded to their email (asking if I received it) telling them that it didn't work, they said I was using it wrong... Then when I inquired about returning the defective product, the list of requirements to return it was ridiculous AND I had to pay for return shipping. Not worth it. I will just trash it. I will say, they were very prompt in the replies of the emails and sent several to see if I had received my product. Now, if they could just channel that energy into their products and making customers happy.
Don't purchase from this company. I purchased two rotating night-lights from my grandkids in November 2016 for Christmas presents. They have both (NOT ONE BUT BOTH) stopped rotating. I contacted the company for an exchange or return and they said they have a 30-day return policy and my time has lapsed. I responded that the products are defective and they offered a discount. I don't want to buy defective products again even at a discounted price. They refuse to stand behind their project. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I have a new policy to only purchase online from places like Amazon, Target, etc.
Everytime I contact this company with concern about my lost parcel, Next Deal, they only reply with the tracking number that I received when I originally placed my order.
Despite my informing them when the last posting was for that tracking number (6 weeks prior to firstcontact) they still repeat back to me my own words as if they're telling me something. They only respond withdrawing information. That's it. What is wrong with people like that? Devious crooks.
I ordered an item from them which was $70 and I never opened the package. I refused it because I had just lost my job so I couldn't afford it. I brought it back to the post office unopened and sent it back. It ended up at a post office in Secaucus NJ who I called and they said it went out with fedex which is how it came to them. I've been contacting nextdealshop through emails and they refuse to refund me my money because they claim they don't know where the package is and it was disposed of.
Please do not waste your time buying from this company. I ordered a free flying shark balloon in November as a Christmas present for my brother, and NEVER received it. We are now in the middle of March, and I have yet to receive the balloon, AND customer service refuses to talk on the phone. They have wrote me a few times and given me tracking numbers for my shipment, but it never shows up to my house. I have requested a refund MANY times, and they refuse to give it to me, and just send me emails asking me to keep checking the status of the package, but taking no responsibility over its whereabouts, or the fact that it isn't here. Please save the headache and your money, and shop elsewhere, it is not worth the discount, I'm working with my credit card company to see if there is anyway I can get the money back.
Delivery took close to a month when I paid gor 3-4 day shipping. The product who shipped directly from China the quality was very poor and would not function. Don't throw your money away!

Ive ordered a few things from Next Deal shop. The orders come from China, thats why it takes so long. I questioned an order after waiting three weeks & customer service responded right away. A few days later my order arrived, from China!

I also ordered a holder for my phone. I placed the order on January 20 and it's still not here. After reading all of yours reviews I know that I probably won't get my order either. I also called UPS and they sad that the tracking# could not be used. PLEASE don't order from this company.It's FAKE!
My order took weeks to arrive. I emailed the company and tried to cancel the order after receiving a fake tracking number. The product I received was cheaply made and looked nothing like what I ordered.
Original purchase confirmation email said I would get Tracking email next day. Nope, nothing. Three weeks later I tried emailing them... no reply to emails, don't answer phone calls and I filed complaint with PayPal. Week later got tracking email, week later got item. Five weeks to get something I was supposed to get in one week.
This is not a US company but eitehr Chinese or similar. They don't deliver only charge for products. I ordered something for Christmas 2016 and here I am January 19,2017 still no product. I filed with BBB, the bank and also now with the FBI since I now know that this company has a fake California address, a Washington state phone area code, but all emails are sent when the US is asleep so they are located in Asia. I am still fighting with them over a $42 item. It is not the money but the principle! They are a fake company. Don't ever buy anything from them!
They don't even deserve a one star. Cool looking gadgets when viewing online, they do not work in person. I stupidly bought the flying fish. Impossible to reach any customer support and my order was delivered one month after I ordered it. Totally unacceptable. Stick to Amazon.com for ordering online.
