Will never buy from this site again! It took a month to get the solar fountain and they are not working. Had the solar fountain exposed to sunlight as recommended for a week now and they're still not working.
I would like to be reimbursed for the purchase!
I ordered 2 solar lights around the 1st of October. I finally received them today, almost a month later & they are not what was advertised on their site. They came in & they're super tiny for $20 each. I contacted the customer service department multiple times, their customer service sucks by the way. I received an email from one customer service rep assuring me that the package has been sent & is on the way. After a week of no updates, I contacted them again. This time a different rep responded (a few days later) after I sent an email & said the exact same email message that the first rep did. Finally I received my lights, no thanks to them! I will never order from this site again or recommend this awful company to anyone I know.
This place boast of 48 hour shipping with 24/7 customer service which both are false! I ordered 4 Solar-Powered Motion Sensor Lights Order date: Oct 3,2016 17:31:00 CDT. After many emails finally got a tracking # on 10/7. At this writing 10/20/16 and over 15 emails the tracking of these have not shown any movement and still no lights! I've asked many times for a refund which they will not address! The phone # they have listed thru PayPal is a non working #!
