Why no one is responding to my concerns. ordered product and was charged on 12/13/2016 for $56.98. received tracking number 4607584811 stating package would be delivered on 12/16/2016 and required signature. stayed home all day and no package. contacted shipper dhl and they told me package was returned to shipper....why !!!! i have written three different inquiries to nextdealshop to find out why and what they are going to do. get the typical 48 hrs response message but no replies are every sent. i am pretty sure that i won't see this package by xmas and i am wondering when the refund will come. will someone have the courtesy to respond to my questions

Answer:

I can't answer your question, but what I did was make a complaint through PayPal. I just did it so I don't know what the results will be. You might want to contact your credit card company and refer to this site with all the negative reviews.

We have a charge for something we did not order. no one at next deal shops will return an email and the phone number does not work.

Why do you have so many negative feedbacks?

Answer:

Everyone had a different experience. I purchased some waterfall lights before Xmas. I bought six sets in total. After Xmas one set stopped working. I contacted them via email and albeit rather lengthy I have today had a result. I found the best point of contact is via email. I must say the lights are beautiful I put them outside and I have had people knocking on my door to ask where they can get some. I am now being sent a replacement set. I speak as I find and I am very happy with my product also with he after sales service

How long does shipping take ? placed order on 1/22/2017 and have received no info about order other than it was shipped. have no tracking or shipping number.

Answer:

I ordered a Christmas gift on December 14,2017, Today is 12/25. Still no order. The tracking # provided doesnt appear on Fed Ex or UPS. I emailed to let them know and received response that tracking # doesnt show up because websites are so busy. They promised Xmas delivery if ordered before 12/16. Over promise. Under perform. Oh well, its out of our hands once products leaves their distribution center, blah blah blah. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!
