Question:

Why no one is responding to my concerns. ordered product and was charged on 12/13/2016 for $56.98. Received tracking number 4607584811 stating package would be delivered on 12/16/2016 and required signature. Stayed home all day and no package. Contacted shipper DHL and they told me package was returned to shipper....WHY !!!! I have written three different inquiries to NEXTDEALSHOP to find out why and what they are going to do. Get the typical 48 hrs response message but no replies are every sent. I am pretty sure that I won't see this package by XMAS and I am wondering when the refund will come. Will someone have the courtesy to respond to my questions

Answer:
I can't answer your question, but what I did was make a complaint through PayPal. I just did it so I don't know what the results will be. You might want to contact your credit card company and refer to this site with all the negative reviews.
