All the reviews are the same. I have had the same problems. Ordered lights in Dec they never arrived tracking number didn't work. They sent a replacement in Jan and now Xmas is over and I want to send them back but can't find a phone number to see if they will refund or not. They say clearance items are not refundable. I don't know if they were clearance or not. No customer service. Have emailed many times and just get reply they received my email. I'm done with this vendor. Sure hope no one else gets scammed... AVOIDTHISCOMPANY!

Orders do arrive most of the time from what I can find out. However I have ordered twice and what a nightmare. So why two time then? Yes I would ask that if I was reading this. The first time It was a gift and I did a paypal dispute after 18 days, but when I got home it was in my mail box. So I canceled the dispute and even send a email to the nextdealshop saying I was sorry for the dispute and had canceled it. On that order my wife had sent a email to them and they said they never got the order. That was why I did the dispute, But as I said the item did show up. The second time I ran across the item I wanted on facebook ads and it was a great price so I thought one more chance. Well that was on 12-16-16 and as of 01/13/17 they had not responded to any emails sent and the item had not arrived so I did another dispute with paypal. Then the item showed up on 1-14-17 so I again canceled the dispute. But That is the last time I will ever order from them.

I made my order on dec 6, they told me 20 days I should receive my items. The tracking number they gave me was not updated at all and their excuse was sometimes the tracking company gets busy and doesn't update right away, BS, they scan items and the computer updates is automatically! They give fake shipping numbers! I tried contacting them via email and didn't get any replies back, so I went to their FB page. There were a lot of complaints there but they tend to delete all negative comments. They claimed they don't have a number to contact them at, and to email them, but they don't respond to email... after enough negative comments they finally contacted me back on fb... I paid through PayPal and was going to give it another week before I made a claim and sure enough Jan 10 I received my items. I don't know, maybe I can't count but that's seems it's a lot more than 20 days...

Zero help with any problems. Spent over $400 with them. Had a problem with last purchase and not worth the trouble to fight with them to make it right.

Same as everyone else

I ordered two outdoor lights on Dec. 6. As of Jan. 14, they are not here. I have sent emails twice asking to cancel and refund my money. I have also complained through PayPal, that may do some good.
Their response to me is just like everyone else: It's stuck in a USPS in China. Is that even real? Here is their verbatim response:
"It seems that your orders tracking info has not been updated for an abnormally long time.
Your warranty does not cover such situation since we have properly prepared your order and transferred it to the post office for delivery. It is your couriers responsibility to transport your package and make sure it is shipped in a timely manner.
However, we do want you to have good shopping experience with us. Therefore I have gone ahead and created a new order for free to be sent out to you as soon as possible."
This is BS. They are responsible for picking a shipper that gets the packages to their customer.

If you buy here you would never get your package or your money back or any decent response... lost my money! Over a month now since i placed my order and still nothing. They keep sending me a stupid tracking number which they never update. And package seems to be stuck in china... DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE TO BUY!

Terrible company
January 11, 2017

I placed an order on December 12 and haven't received it yet as of Jan. 11th. I contacted company by email which is the only way you can leave a message. They responded that it was held up in China. They have already billed by credit card and received their money. Still no response from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. GOOD DEALS = NO PRODUCT. Would give them a zero star if available.

THE WORST!

I ordered 3 sets of Fairy Christmas Lights. One worked for one night, the second for a few hours, and the third for two days. Emailed the company because I wanted a replacement but didn't think I should bare the cost of shipping them back. They replied asking for a video, which I cannot provide since the lights went off during the night at different times. I send me numerous emails with pictures of the three sets at different time of evening /night. Never heard from them again. I wish I had read the reviews on this site before I placed my order with those crooks.

In October, I ordered and received a miniature fountain to go in my bird bath. It never worked. I contacted them and was told to send a video of it not working! I thought that was weird. I have complied with everything they have asked of me but they keep asking me for proof that I have sent over and over again. I have had a lot of correspondence with them but I still have a product that doesn't work and they have my money. I am retired and live on a fixed income and cannot afford this. It is, honestly, the worst service I have ever had online. They are thieves. I'm not sure how this all works, but why would Amazon be associated with such a crooked company? Next Best Deal is made of up thieves... Chinese thieves!

Ordered a gift the day after thanksgiving-said on FACEBOOK shipped the enxt day-- WRONG! Get a was notice shipped December 14th--OUT OF CHINA! You get a tracking number that is worthless-cant contact anybody and if you send an e=mail youi get the same canned response every time. Terrible service and still no Christmas gift after 7 weeks,. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bad customer service!

Customers here are blaming China for their bad experiences with this company. The problem here is NextDealShop. I buy a lot of products directly from China through eBay and Amazon and the products are great and cheaper. The sellers are very responsible people and will do anything to make sure that one is satisfied with their products. My suggestion is not to buy anything through NextDealShop.

The previous order i purchased for the Constellation light was unsatisfactory! I is a very late christmas gift to a family member. It took sometime to arrive for one thing and It doesn't work even with batteries. Please send me a new product that works. I never received a receipt and I think that is very unprofessional for a business purchase. Please email me back here and resolve this issue, I"m coming to the conclusion that Dresslily, NextDeal, any Products ordered from these lowlife kinda of companies will NEVER receive my business ever AGAIN! DON"T order anything from china! Stay in the USA. I will stick with what I know and what works. Amazon and Ebay And I will make it my personal business to let everyone i know, FB, You tube, word of mouth to NEVER< NEVER order anything from you scammers!

I ordered a constellation night projection lamp for Christmas on December 6th. Received the tracking number the next day and it said it may take longer than usual because of the Christmas rush. December 28th I still hadn't received it and sent an email same day. Received a response with the tracking number again. It said to contact the courier, and to wait for a few more days to see if it arrives. I did and the item was unable to be tracked and a week later I still haven't received it and the tracking information hasn't changed. Sent another email yesterday, Jan 4th - came back with the same email response I received the first time. I'm going to contact my bank to see if they can get my money back and I'll also be contacting the BBB and AG's office.

Ordered 2 star globes for Christmas for my Granddaughters & both didn't work. I wrote to ND to let them know, no response.The other day I sent another email to let them know that the globes didn't work. I got a response saying they were sorry, but the warranty ran out, but they will credit me with a 25% discount on my next purchase with them. Like I would ever do business again with this company.
STAY AWAY From NEXT DEAL!

I ordered lights on November 30th and was given a tracking number but it still says that its pending shipment in China. They deducted the money from my account Kama I have email them at their info at nextdealshop.com still have not heard anything I did get one response back that said it would take 20 days that was December 10th still no lights I will never order from them again. I will be reporting them to the attorney general Better Business Bureau and I'm going to flood Facebook and everything else with a warning for people to stay away they are a joke.

I placed an order on November 28 for fairy lights. I was supposed to receive in approx. 15 days. After 20 days, I emailed them several times but with no response. I found their FB page and made my complaint there. They finally responded but still no lights. Also, although Next Deal gave me a tracking number, I called the post office and this merchandise is ineligible for tracking. I have asked for a refund, but of course they are not responding. Any suggestions of how I can be refunded? Thank you.

Why in the world didn't I read the reviews BEFORE I bought from them. They don't send your product and then say it's on it's way. PLEASE, save yourself some money and don't buy from these people. You will never see what you ordered. They certainly did take the money from my account, though!
