I ordered from this company and they said I would receive a tracking number within 48 hours. Never received and no replies to my complaint. The only reason I ordered is I kept getting pop-ups on my facebook that two of my friends, by name, like this company. After I received no reply I contacted my friends and they never heard of the company! Misleading tactics! I just wish I had read the reviews. I never would have ordered. I will probably never get the order but will contact my bank to have the charge reversed.

I placed an order for a bird bath solar fountain. It took several weeks for the item to arrive. I followed all instructions for set up and use and read all of Next Deals' additional provisions of reasons they would not replace or refund the item. Upon proper set up, the fountain worked for approx. 20 minutes before it stopped functioning completely. Regretfully, I did not check review sites like this or Next Deals' site's return/refund policies; buyer must pay for return shipping in all original packaging and there is a 20% restocking fee for returns. Those costs would be approx. Half of the item cost. Given that and the reviews I have read here and on other sites, I will not be attempting the return process which is reported to be inadequate, frustrating and of no recourse. This is a definite buyer beware company.

I should've read reviews first before ordering solar fairy lights and a bird fountain kit. Like so many others, I've been kept waiting over three weeks for my order which has already been charged to my credit card. Customer service finally gave me a USPS tracking number which leads me to see that the item is awaiting shipment from a facility in China. Uh-huh! It takes three weeks to package an order? I'm told that there a slow down in customs because of volume of orders and that I must be a little more patient. The "courier" is the problem, they say. Anyway, I'll give them 24-hours to show via USPS tracking that the order is en route to me. If not, I hope my credit card company will be able to get me a refund. And, I will keep a very very close eye on that card to be sure no unusual activity is happening on it, either. BE WARY OF THIS COMPANY. SHOP WHERE YOU CAN TRUST THE SUPPLIER.

I contacted customer service about receiving a replacement for the fairy lights I ordered. I received a response with a long list of things I should do to troubleshoot the problem with the lights that will not come on, including purchasing expensive rechargeable AA batteries. I have never been told to do so many things to a brand new item that SHOULD work right out of the box. In addition to basically inspecting the lights from top to bottom, I think it's ridiculous to have to purchase rechargeable batteries for ~$10 that may not even correct the issue. When I purchase something, I expect it to work the first time and not to have to put additional money into the item. I have replied to their long instruction list with another request for refund and have started the process of a PayPal dispute. Buyer BEWARE - order these lights from someone else. Even if you have to pay more, you'll have higher quality lights that don't arrive direct from China.

I purchased 6 sets of solar fairy lights ( for $120.00). I thought the strands looked kinda skimpy but decided to put them up anyway. The ones that work looked nice but of the 6,2 didn't work at all. I contacted the company and they told me to be sure is turned them on... which I had, thru said if that wasn't the problem then I should go buy solar batteries and try replacing them, and if that didn't work to film them not working and send it to them. These ridiculous conversations went on for quite awhile. I suggested they send me 2 replacement strands and a postage paid box so I could return their faulty lights to them. Still waiting to hear back. These guys are the worst. Bad products, bad service.
So stupid, such an easy fix.

I ordered the glow in the dark pebbles and NextDealShop advertises they will ship your order in 24 hours. It took over a MONTH for me to get my order and then the pebbles did NOT even glow. When I contacted them, they simply said they are "sorry for my inconvenience" and refused to refund any of my cost due to such a long delivery time and poor qualilty. They offered a 20% discount on a FUTURE order which was an insult. Definitely not going to order from them again. They lost a customer.

Before a month ago I was looking for a Waterproof Pouch in the market as well as on the internet. Finally, I reached to www.nextdealshop.com. I read the customers review about the website and find it genuine.

The layout and design of the website was very user friendly. It will make you stay on the website. The features are very attractive. The customer support is also good, they reply emails within few hours. They also offer a handy return policy. Finally, I select a Waterproof Pouch priced at $6.99. Colors were very good and available in 5 colors. I choose the yellow one. And finally complete my order. I made online payment for that purchase, which customers can pay with credit card or PayPal.

I get the product in 15days which I think is good. The product was nicely packed and no damage found. The color was as good as I thought. My experience was good for online shopping.

I would give them a zero, as they do not deserve a 1 star for service or their products!
I placed an order around $I86.00. I ordered four bags of the glow-in-the-dark pebbles in blue and four bags of the glow-in-the-dark pebbles and green.
The sales description clearly states approximately 100 pebbles in each bag. Four of my bags I received had 61 to 67 pebbles total. The remaining 4 bags had 69-81 as well. These are teeny tiny bags that are literally shipped six bags and one tiny box to you. So total false advertising. I also NEVER RECEIVED my Solar garden LED lights. I purchased eight of them and it has been three weeks now and they have not arrived. I have gotten the TOTAL RUN-AROUND OVER & OVER! I have sent seven emails to this company asking them to send out my lights. They tell me I have to track the USPS shipment my self. So I did, this was no help! There is no record of another box being sent. Nextdealshop.com said for me to take a picture of the boxes I received and send it to them. They also told me to thoroughly look through all the boxes that I received from their company so that I did not miss them. Like you could really miss eight LED solar lights!
I only received one tiny box. Still getting the runaround! I'm done. Calling my credit card company tomorrow to get a refund!
After arguing for three days straight telling them I either want a refund for my products That I did not receive or my product sent to me as soon as possible as they are for a Father's Day gift. They continue to give me the runaround and come up with no resolution at all! When I told them that I was unhappy with the pebbles that I had ordered, they said if I would want to return them I would have a 20% restocking fee. Do not trust this company! You will not be happy with the products and the customer service is absolutely terrible!

I just felt the need to warn the public from this online company out there ASAP!

Ordered solar lights, never received them, disputed my charge so they dont get paid, email response from company we sent it please look around for it! They have some nerve. Well they are not getting paid by my charge carrier. What an awful customer service response telling me look for it! Do they want me to go around the block and look on everyone's porch! Do not order from this company, p lease post on Facebook that's where everyone ordered solar lights from.

I ordered fairy lights in March... this is the end of May and I still have not received them. The customer service people respond quickly, but they say they have no control over shipping time. The orders are shipped from China. They did offer to send another order for free, if I have not received the item in a week. On the tracking link, it still shows my items in China. The company has good products and they are reasonably priced... worth the wait? I am not sure about that.
