No item after nearly a month. Tracking number a hoax. Company only replies with email back with hoax tracking number... wven tho i have asked fir my money back
I ordered and paid for the floating shark back on NOVEMBER 28th. It is now December 30th and I still haven't received it. They respond to my inquiries with the same thing... be patient. They tracking number they gave me is a hoax. These people need to be stopped and banned from doing business.
I shop online a lot. I've been fortunate to have had some really great experiences with who and where I buy from... Until now. Nextdealshop is literally an online shoppers nightmare. I have nothing good to say, I don't believe it's a real company. Absolute joke, $#*!s.

My package is in China since December 14TH, I placed my order on December 3rd! They won't give me a refund cause it was already shipped! However, they said they'll resend the product out again at no charge to me! SERIOUSLY!
Order an item Dec 2 - never have received stuck in transit somewhere in China!. Another order has not been shipped yet! Never again. BEWARE OF THIS SITE!
Same as everyone else. Ordered shark and fish November 30. Never came. Contacted through their website, just got automated response. Calling bank tomorrow and filing with better business. BOYCOTT CHINA!
The floating, remote control ad for THE AIR SHARK or NEMO is a scam! Three of my Grandsons didn't get a present from me and their company help site won't load, there is no one to get back to, to get my money back.
They send me a conformation email, with no tracking number, and when I tried to email them back, it was a bad address! THEY ARE CROOKS!
I ordered 2 0f the Galaxy Star Projectors for my 2 great grandsons for Christmas when I gave them to them they wanted to see how they worked so we set about getting them set up only to find no sockets to plug light in in the projector this is what you get for ordering from China. Very poor workmanship and obviously no checks to see they are complete. Plus no mention of products coming from China and not Nextdeal shop will never order again nor recommend this site to anyone so sick of Companies who move out of USA to foreign countries just to save money and rip off our Country. Plus cannot find any way to contact these people

Order has supposedly been sitting in a facility in China since Dec 14.

Complaints on facebook are deleted, and now I sm blocked from commenting on their page.
Filed dispute with PayPal.
I placed my order on December 10th.
My wife placed another order on December 13th.
Neither of us have received a tracking number for the package.
Neither of us have received the shipment.
I submitted an inquiry on your website several days ago and I have not received a response.
It is 2 days until Christmas and our little tikes are going to be very sad if they don't get a present.

I ordered this product from you in the very beginning of December and I never received it! I planned on giving this to my nephew who has been asking for this for awhile now. This company has screwed up my gift to him! I emailed them and recieved no help back from them. Just an automated email responder over and over again. I payed for my product and I expect to receive it!
Tracking 8F*******W*******U. Who do u use as ur mail carrier I ordered an item for my nephew on dec 5, still not received! Why? This just screwed up my Christmas present for him
I also ordered 2 items on November 21st 2016 to ensure they were here for Christmas. Over 1 month later, still no items delivered and all i get are generic emails telling me to be patient and my items are in transit. Transit my $#*!. They are in China for GODS sake. Im disputing charges with my bank. This company is $#*!! Never order here
Nowhere on the company site does it indicate a legitimate US address or phone number. Nowhere does it tell you these items are shipped from China. They make it sound like stock is warehoused in your country. You can't return anything without paying to ship back to China. This is deceptive. Don't trust their site or Facebook page. They block any complaints. Excellent marketing aimed at deceiving. I ordered 2 items. Received one with tracking 12 days later. They forgot the other - a Xmas present that cannot reach me, even if I can get them to send it. 24/7 "customer service" is auto response system. I'm filing PayPal dispute.
I placed order Nov 23,2016, and still no order. Christmas in 7 days. Pretty upset. Contacted and cannot get a straight answer. I Contacted PayPal to resolve issue!
I ordered Dec 1 as it was a x-mas present. I have received no expected time of delivery, no ship by date, nothing that says it has been shipped and when I call the company they are unreachable because of systems no set up yet. Can we say SCAM? I was yet another sucker that fell for something. Thank God for Paypal for which I have opened a case and WILL get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHAM SELLER!
They sold me a defective item and to get a refund I have to pay for shipping back to them and they also charge a restocking fee of 20%. Very bad company.
I wrote a review of this "company" back on Nov. 30th, 2016. At that point I had still not received my product, some icicle lights that I had ordered on September 23rd. Finally, on January 12th, I got them. Over 3 and a half months after ordering them, and after numerous emails to them. BTW, if you get a tracking number, make sure that you have the USPS send you notifications when the product has moved to different locations. I had pretty much given up ever getting it (and was planning on going through PayPal to get my money back) when I received a tracking message. The lights are decent, but could have gotten the same thing for a bit cheaper from Amazon or other retailer, and would have avoided all of the hassles.
Let me add to the other one-star review. Products NEVER received. BUT people, just call your credit/debit card company and let them know this company is a scammer. They'll refund your money and eventually pull their merchant services contract and rights to accept credit cards.
I ordered 4 items! They took my money! No items have been received! No redponse to my email! I get a generated redponse that they will answer within 48hrs. That was Nov14! Today is 21st! 3emails same answer! This place takes your money! Dont buy anything from them!
