I purchased an outdoor solar light thinking it would be perfect. The review on Facebook were glowing! Even though I knew that they could delete bad reviews, I figured with hundreds of good ones, it would be okay... WRONG. When I received it I discovered that the light would only stay on for about two hours. When I responded to their email (asking if I received it) telling them that it didn't work, they said I was using it wrong... Then when I inquired about returning the defective product, the list of requirements to return it was ridiculous AND I had to pay for return shipping. Not worth it. I will just trash it. I will say, they were very prompt in the replies of the emails and sent several to see if I had received my product. Now, if they could just channel that energy into their products and making customers happy.
