Absolutely horrendous return policy that you'll be very unlikely to be able to use in the unfortunate case of something being wrong, in addition in an email inquiry about returns they flat out lied about whether a product was still within the return period.

Bought a refurbished computer. It took 12 days to arrive. Sent it back 24 days later as I had a friend look at it and was on vacation. They won't refund my money or replace it with a comparable model. Disgusting. Horrible customer service stealing my money.

I love this company so much for computer parts if that's what you're in the market for look no farther, I've bought all the parts for my computer from Newegg and would do it again! Nothing was damaged in the least not even the boxes were scratched.

My order that I placed on 9/15 arrived today. It was shipped the day after I ordered it and I received a tracking number in a few days and was able to check on it's progress. It came 1 day sooner than expected. I am very pleased and will definitely shop Newegg again! Thank you

I ordered a laptop through a third-party seller (Atlantic Electronics) with Microsoft Office software on Newegg. I received the laptop and installed the software. Unfortunately, the laptop kept shutting down without warning almost immediately. I had to return the laptop for a refund. However, I only received a refund for the laptop, not the $129 Microsoft software. I tried in vein to get a new code, store credit, anything to rectify the situation. I was told repeatedly that all software was non-refundable (even if it was defective and/or installed on a defective device purchased at the same time). So, Newegg sold me a faulty computer, which ate my perfectly good one-time use software and they are not willing to at all rectify the situation?

Do yourself a favor and go shop at Amazon for electronics. They have excellent customer service and logical return policies.

I ordered a fan for my laptop on 11/13. It supposedly shipped on 11/17. There have been NO updates on tracking page since 11/17 and that only shows "acceptance."

I tried sending an email via their website. The button doesn't work. I am using the latest version of Firefox, so that should not be a problem.

I tried calling but it was clearly going to take a long time just to get to a person. Plus the automated prompts were wonky and cut me off after just a few digits of the order number.

I see others have had their issues resolved through this forum. I have ordered from Newegg in the past and have not had this difficulty; however, I admit I'm a demanding customer and expect (a) things to either be shipped in a timely manner or to be contacted if there is a delay and (b) some degree of responsiveness that does not involve me having to spend otherwise-billable hours trying to figure out how to contact someone.

One of my favorites

This website has all electronic needs and wants it has an excellent layout and customer service is swift and helpfull and shipping Is usually quick(the only exception is Christmas shopping but that should be expected)I'm building a computer right now and they have low prices on quality merchandise. Also bone have had anything as small as a ding on them personally I recommend this site very highly.

Bad

I ordered three things. A computer case, fans and a motherboard. The case was on time because it wasn't dropped off at smart post. Stupid idea, btw. The motherboard, which is what I need to complete a build is STILL not here after 6 days of nothing. I am in the same City from where it was shipped. I should have just payed the extra money for Amazon to give me the motherboard. I will NEVER use newegg again. Shipping sucks here.

14 emails and a half hour phone conversation and I still don't have a refund for the product they sent me broken 5 months ago. Blamed fulfilling partner company who claims they issued Newegg a credit 5 months ago and they just haven't passed it on. The tennis match continues as I watch each company lobby the "buck" back and forth. Not worth it.

I will only shop at this website for my technology needs. When I need to buy parts for a new PC, or I need to replace a worn out router, I will always check with newegg before anyone else. The reviews for newegg's products are often helpful and far more than I can expect from any other technology retailer, both on an offline.

I can also count on their RMA process because I have had to perform it a few times myself. There were no problems at all, just a quick phone call, print up a label, an tape it to the shipping box. You are done! Speaking of shipping, their deals are phenomenal. I have literally saved hundreds of dollars not only on shipping but on the lack of sales tax (then again I live in Texas).

I have used newegg for over 7 years and I do not regret a single one. It is a permanent fixture in my computer technology operations and, so long as it continues as it does, will remain so.

Great website and many great deals, however, sometimes, products can be defective, you must check after you received because there is a limit time for exchange/return. Overall is great saving websites, We recommend.

I am a computer enthusiast and often build my own systems. I also do a lot of repairs for my friends and family members, known to be the PC guru of the family. I often order my hardware parts from Newegg because they have just about anything I need in one place and offer free shipping to my state, something I ALWAYS demand when doing business on the internet! They also have good customer service and I have never had a complaint about an item I had to return through no fault of their own. Their prices could be more competitive, given the volume they do with online sales though- thus the only 4 stars.

Every time I've ordered anything from this company, I have had a good experience. My last purchase was a custom built multimedia computer. Couldn't be happier with it. I received a phone call from customer service to confirm the order, and it shipped within twenty four hours. I had extra ram installed and they used high quality chips in the build when they could have used cheaper quality parts.

Never Again
October 29, 2022

Had ordered from then in the past with good results. This time -- a nightmare. Was not informed order would come from 3rd party seller. Confusing communication from both seller and Newegg. This was so bad, I think the seller is a scam company. Luckily, I got my money back because the item never showed up, even though website said it was delivered (see what I mean?)

Deciding to build my own computer was a great choice. While I definitely put in abit more money than I thought from the start, I am extremely satisfied with the result! Shipping was fast, no issues with service, just wish the website gave a little more details on the specs of each item. Most of what I ordered were bare dimensions and just a rehash of the item title without giving anything more in-depth. Oh well I figured it out lol

I have no gift to give this year because NewEgg.com did not ship.

Wrap your mind around what a simplistically stupid scenario that is.

Even though I approved transaction verification with my bank, NewEgg.com placed and never removed a hold on my order. They did place a charge on my bank account and I assumed this meant the order was processing; apparently, they require a further confirmation before shipping. This charge has yet to be removed even though the order has cancelled.

During my discussion with customer service, I was never given an option to get the product here, receive a discount, or have an understanding of what occurred. Customer service will not assist you with your problems. Although, I'm sure they'll put a nice "We're sorry to hear you've had problems. Feel free to contact us We'*******@newegg.com" blurb at the bottom of this.

I have the option of spending my money anywhere and I choose to not spend it at NewEgg.com ever again.

Hi,
On June 7,2021, I purchased a Win 10 activation code through the Newegg website.
Case Number: *******
Invoice number: *******
Account Number: *******

I received the code the same day and immediately wanted to activate it, but the system didn't accept it.
Right away I contacted customer support - the screenshot of the chat script is attached.
The customer service representative couldn't help me and asked me to wait a couple of days!
Since I had a work urgency, I couldn't wait that long, so I purchased another activation code directly for Microsoft and applied it immediately.
Two days after my credit card was charged for the activation code that was not functional at the moment of purchase and the Newegg customer support failed to help me at this moment.
You should know well, that it's illegal to charge a client for a product that incompatible, not useful, or its performance or quality not adequate.

Newegg must reimburse me immediately.

I found out about newegg.com from a friend years ago. The site is my go to for any and all tech products, I have purchased RAM, laptops, cameras, etc. Every experience has exceeded my expectations. The prices offered for products cannot be beat and, my purchases arrived very quickly. I have never had a negative experience with the site.

Wow! Happy and Suprised!

I have tried some meals from some other food delivery websites with a similar concept. In my continuous efforts to remain healthy and fit, and to not get bored with my own boring cooking - this is the first that is note worthy. The food is surprisingly tasteful. Portion is perfect for me. Health quality is perfect for me. There was confusion on delivery date, because of my mistake, and they still refunded $69. I wasn't even upset and didn't request a refund, nor did I hint on it. Their support seems to match their quality of food. Thanks!
