There are several points. They mark everything as shipped immediately to prevent cancellations.
I paid for priority usps mail, and what I read on the usps site is parcel select lightweight. They are not the same and parcel select may in some cases cost more but with worse service, meant for Hazmat ground only shipping.In bulk it would be cheaper for banggood. Arent charges for a service not provided over the internet wire fraud?
The worst thing is they shipped from a US source but handed off to an unknown third party shipper, whose function is to shelve the item, not handing it off to the post office after they get it, but to hold it for many, many days. Weeks. This is to motivate the purchase of more expensive shipping options on future orders it looks as being.And they now claim the 15 to 20 day shipping I paid for is now 31 day shipping. Even though it IS listed as 15 to 20 day shipping. Maybe not then even?
They must be based overseas to scofflaw as they do.

I compared prices on make your own bundle offers. Except I didnt. 15 years a customer, I was only able to see what the offer was on 1 bundle before the navigation went hincky. I saved, to try the next day.The notice appeared at a random place on the page that offers might not be available for saved bundled at a later time. A retry the next day, and it kept pushing me into direct tv that I didnt want, even when I had been supposedly sent to the u-verse bundle page. I was locked out.
There was the call us page as the only page that would be displayed, along with a chat with us. After a 20 minute wait, and being told the chatter was a sales rep only, wrong dept, I was sent to a different department. During the wait i wrote a WTF is this BS set of messages rather than sit on it. 6 minutes later actual human contact. 12 minutes later the 2 4digit numbers I wanted to have to compare. They yanked $100 off the previous bonus and tacked on $17 more per month."Purchase NOW or PERISH, fool." marketing on the previous nights offer.And a courteous "For security purposes your chat will be disconnected in 5 minutes" pop up, with a continue button. They blocked the chat session from being copied. When I pressed continue the chat window disappeared, and the page kept trying to go to a "referral" page, but stayed stuck with the spinning wheel of buffering on a permanent, infinite loop.
Dirtbag punk goon mouthbreathing scum lickers.
There is no email to customer service. Phone only. They want hands-on strongarm bait and switch browbeating fast talking venue, not you thinking things over before making a major decision. Dont trust them, or anyone who wont take no for an answer.

Bought 2 pack. Only received one. Was told Id receive 2nd, then nothing. Week later after being smoothly assured they were sorry and cetainly send second at first, I emailed them and was told it was a mislisting.No dice. Partial refund of tiny amount, S+H on second item approx.or I pay return shipping and lose S+H paid on both. Ouch. I paid for 2. They decided I should eat it, and they make a profit off the S+H they keep, for their mistake.The rest of the story gets ugly with newegg refusing to take responsibllity since it was a secondary seller on their site. Between me and them, too bad, so sad. They are ignoring the Paypal dispute. Havent said a word after a week+. They have however invited themselves back into the dispute on Google Trusted sites, after I wrote a bad review about them and they even admitted only because of that review did they call me at 8 in the morning with an offer.ANd as far as PayPal is concerened they are responsible, even if Newegg claimed to me they werent and it was only between me and the second seller. Google Trusted sites I have no faith in. 60 days for a dispute and if they find in your favor they can chose to do nothing, but hold your hand when you go to where you should have gone to dispute in the first place.
I have had my inbox flooded with nonsense emaiils, including the original shipping confirmation resent to appear as if the second item had been shipped, after a another claim of their resolving the matter but with Paypal activiy. I had to check the two emails to find out it was really just the first one resent. Tried to fool me with that one.
Currently they are using the word resolved in place of refund. I have been issued a resolution! No activity on paypal. Guess what I think. I think they keep increasing how long money takes to register as each day passes. Was 2-4 days. Now its at 3-7 days. But how about I go ahead and click that case settled issue resolved button anyway. Theyre being so encouraging that its ok to do that. Drop that Paypal dispute.Ive been issued a resolution by Newegg! Halleluiah!
