I have been having an issue with my PC crashing while playing games. But then Aspen tapped in and worked his magic and now I have no issue. He was super nice and understood the gamer perspective! *******/10

Aspen has been helping me over the past few days helping me diagnose and prep my pc for repairs. He gave straightforward and concise instructions and very helpful and professional. I do have to note that getting support through emails and calling was slow and difficult. I'm glad the chat feature on the website was able to put me in contact with aspen to assist me because he saw the process through.

I needed a PC check up. My Xidax system was purchased in 2018 and still runs strong to this day. Every year I have someone on the tech side remote in and check things out for me. Very satisfied with Xidax, and also Aspens help for this yearly checkup.

I've been having issues with Space Marine 2 and some other games that have been crashing and Aspen having spent 4 1/2 hours trying to isolate the issue managed to find the issue and now my pc runs really well.
