I've order my rig almost 5 weeks ago. I understand there may be delays, but after reaching out multiple times they always have a different story. I reached out a week ago form today 2/21/22 to check on its status (as they only provide status updates when it's being built, tested, and shipped) only to find out the motherboard I ordered was out of stock. Cool, things happen, we get that situated, I'm told it will take a week to get it processed. Today marks a week and 2 days, I check in it. The SSD card is out of stock… Again, we get it situated, I requested if it can be worked on soon as I've waited 5 weeks already (they promise 4-6 weeks). Only to be told it can take multiple weeks from today for it to get started, processed, and shipped… The worst part is, you have to reach out to them constantly to i guess get them working on your rig. Good luck if you decide to do business with them.

Xidax has the best system builders in the industry I've come across. VERY knowledgeable when it comes to specs, compatibility, and pushing the performance of a desktop. The sales team is always on top of things from start to finish. Support is second to none when it comes to knowledge, troubleshooting, and timeliness of resolving any issues that come up. I strongly recommend Xidax for all of your computer needs.

After shopping around other various options online I decided to go with a pre-built PC from Xidax. The high level of components and build quality at the right price is what helped make my decision. The only draw back for me is paying for shipping, but that extra cost was worth it to me for the build quality and piece of mind that comes with buying a PC from Xidax. I went with a pre-built PC in stock which shipped close to next day and I am very happy with my purchase. I would do business with Xidax again.

Have been in the process of ordering my new system for about 2 months. During that time, Cody has answered all of my questions, and has been extremely helpful and honest. He never oversold, or over-hyped anything. At this time, I cannot comment on anything further, as I am waiting for my rig to arrive.

Not only is Xidax's customer service amazing, but you can genuinely tell that this is a company that cares about their customers. I worked with Chris for nearly half an hour to make sure I got all the stuff I needed, and he was wonderful. 10/10, would recommend.

Xidax went above and beyond with my PC! Found them through a video of my favorite creator demo ranch. They were helpful on the phone to build me a system that will run war zone at high frames. Would highly recommend them for your next PC!

I ordered two PCs within two days of each other and the customer service has been nothing short of outstanding! Chris helped me get my orders in and has been keeping me updated through the process of them being built and QC tested. I ordered one on Thursday afternoon and it is preparing to ship today which is the following Monday! I have been kept up to date and sent pictures of my build through the process and I could not ask for better service from both an informational and a friendly standpoint. This is how it is done! You have made a lifelong customer out of me with your reps and your products! You cannot find a custom PC on this level at a price that is this competitive and fair from other system integrators. I purchased my computer, and got it in a timely manner. The customer service that was provided by Chris was some of the best I've ever experienced. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking for a pre built at a fair price. Even more highly recommend you work with Chris directly.

Empty promises to help fix broken case fans. Fan issues from delivery to weeks later without help!
* responded here and I did reach out to him. A few days later he responded offering help which I asked for and there has since been zero follow up. Just seem to be getting strung along. Well, another week gone by and I have had zero response to my problem with the case fans. Thanks XIDAX!
It is now 10/20/23. After multiple attempts to reach * and the CS team, crickets. Empty promises with the only resolution offered is to send the Unit back. CRAZY!

I was looking for a pc for my husbands birthday and came across this website. To my surprise they have an amazing system at a good price! The person I was talking with went into their warranty as well and that is killer too! He's stoked! 10/10 recommend

Computer buying is a lot of work these days since there are so many companies out there nowadays. I knew coming to Xidax would be great, as I had a stellar experience with them back in 2019. A few years later, it is time for an upgrade. Cody was there from day one, answered all of my questions, and was always helpful, even when I was being annoying with my questions. Great listener. I am not on my second Xidax rig, and this one is 1 of 1! Cannot beat that. Super pumped for it to get here. Thanks again, Cody for making it a seamless and easy experience.

Experience was exceptional from the time I started doing research to the time I checked out. Tanner was highly professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable on the entire process as well as all of the build questions I sent his way. I am a pretty extreme gamer and have built my own PCs and ordered from other companies in the past. This is my second Xidax PC. I have had my first one for over a year and it has been amazing. Just finished building and ordering my second for my stepson, and Chris was above and beyond. He helped me maneuver some things that were "overkill" so that I could put the money into other aspects to really get the best setup for my budget. I already knew Xidax was the best, now it's solidified in stone.

Love these guys got a pc a few years ago love it and it's still running better than ever. Special shout-out that customer support witch is gold by the way and thanks to Spencer and the whole team that makes it all work.

I'm very happy with the components I got for the price; most other places I looked would have been several hundred more for similar specs. When I received the PC, there were some major issues that I was not able to solve myself since I am not much of a tech person. Luckily, I was able to reach out to support and, while it did take longer than I would have liked, they were able to fix the issue in a way that I was happy with. Now, the PC is comfortably running demanding games and software. Overall, I would recommend Xidax to most people as long as you don't mind doing a little bit of your own quality control before you boot the thing up.

The Xidax team has the best customer service I've seen in the PC world. They're always very attentive and present when I'm speaking with them or ordering computers. I own a business and would always recommend Xidax for not only their computers but because how they take care of me and make me feel. One of the best cultures around.

Amazing quality and runs extremely smoothly in love with this PC and everything it's given me literally a dream come true with this.
