Empty promises to help fix broken case fans. Fan issues from delivery to weeks later without help!
* responded here and I did reach out to him. A few days later he responded offering help which I asked for and there has since been zero follow up. Just seem to be getting strung along. Well, another week gone by and I have had zero response to my problem with the case fans. Thanks XIDAX!
It is now 10/20/23. After multiple attempts to reach * and the CS team, crickets. Empty promises with the only resolution offered is to send the Unit back. CRAZY!

I would love the opportunity to speak with you regarding the service you have received since the last time we spoke. The system should not have to come back to us at any cost to you, but entirely covered as the issues have persisted since the system was received by you. Please feel free to reach out to my number that I had already provided to you so we can discuss what need be done to make this situation right.
I do apologize for any negative experience you have had either with Tech Support or Customer service and appreciate the feedback here as we are always trying to better ourselves.
