I have had two great experiences with Xidax tech support and both went above and beyond my expectations. My machine has performed well. The quality of the tech support will mean that the next computer I buy will be from Xidax. In my opinion there is nothing more important than the quality of customer support. And based on my experience Xidax is top notch.
I wasn't sure what components was needed and worked with Tanner to help spec out and review my build. He was extremely responsive and really took into account what I was looking for/needs, and any budget concerns. His knowledge and explanations were extremely helpful for helping me decide what would work best for my needs. We discovered an issue during checkout with one of the promo's that wasn't properly applying the discount and he immediately jumped to a workaround solution to make sure everything was taken care of! Tanner was amazing and his support made the build and buying process extremely quick and easy!
My experience with Tanner was great! He called right away when I was approved for my Progressive Lease and asked me what all he could do to help me. I was at work and asked if we could take to conversation to chat, and he obliged. I had a really tight and strict budget and Tanner did a great job to make sure I got what I needed at the right price. My whole experience will definitely make me want to tell my community about this great company. A billion kudos to Tanner, he needs a raise for sure.

I recently purchased a custom gaming PC from Xidax and I have been very impressed with the performance and quality of the build. The PC arrived on time and was well-packaged. The components were all top-of-the-line and the build quality was excellent. I have been able to play all of my favorite games at the highest settings without any issues.
The customer service at Xidax has also been excellent. I had a few questions about the build and the customer service representatives were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were also very responsive to my emails and phone calls.
Overall, I am very happy with my purchase from Xidax. They offer a great product at a competitive price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new custom PC.

I havw had two Xidax computers. All have been grwat as well as staff. This last time Cody helped with a gaming and work build! I have purchased multiple PCs with Xidax and they have ALWAYS turned out great. One of my systems was dead on arrival but that was at the fault of the shipping company--not Xidax. The Xidax customer service and tech support were quick to get me a replacement. I have talked with multiple sales, customer service, and support agents aover the years nd my experience have never been short of amazing.
I feel obligated to write this review because I have worked with Xidax for nearly 7 years and this site does a poor job at representing the company. If I am going, to be honest here, Xidax is a really good company. It took around a week for the pc to come and I live in NY. So for all the stages, it had been put through and the delivery time, it's pretty fast. Plus there were no state taxes and the delivery was free. Ngl when I got the pc, the box was pretty roughed up (thanks UPS). The packaging was really good as it had a second box and so far gaming is hella good. I run Battlefield 1&5, war thunder, Arma, Squad, COD, and enlisted very smooth on high/max graphics. Customer service was also very good, the person who helped me was Brayden and he was chill and helped made the process really smooth. I spent $1690. So money well spent. I would personally recommend getting a PC from Xidax. Though no company is perfect and they will always have their pros and their cons, you always gonna be taking a risk.

Shout out to Spencer with helping me put together my new gaming PC, I am a complete newbie for this type of build. I had done some research on what I wanted but was not to sure on a few things. Spencer looked at my build and made some great suggestions and saved me a few bucks in the process. I wanted all my RGB fans to match and all the other builders I looked into made it very hard and expensive to do so but not with Xidax, the fans you choose is what will be used everywhere and thats exactly what I wanted. I even asked to have extra cables ran for 2 hard dives I have and was told "No problem we will run this for you". Can not thank Spencer and the whole Xidax team enough with how easy this was.

Was struggling a bit to find what I wanted on my own. I decided to use the chat and that's where I met Shane. Shane was a huuuge help from finding what I needed in my PC, to my payment methods that fit me best. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who doesn't know the intricacies of computer components and construction of a well working PC.
If I could give it a zero stars I would. It took three weeks just to get the computer to me from the time I ordered it and I have had this computer just over a month now and it has NEVER worked. I called as soon as I got it to tell them that it didn't work and I spent more than a month with tech support trying to get it to work. I was told I needed an additional GPU so I bought one and just got it. Now they say it is a mother board issue and now that I have had it just barely over a month old I am told I can't return it and get my money back. Instead I am told that I have to take it to UPS, pay UPS to pack it, with stuffing that I have to pay out of pocket. This has been an absolute train wreck. The only reason it is outside of 30 day refund is because tech support takes hours to get on line and then work on it for hours just to say they don't know what is wrong with it. This is ridiculous. Don't buy from them!

I ran into a CPU issue after purchasing a custom rig from Xidax. I got support from Cole at Xidax for about 2 days off and on and the patience and help was top-tier. It's always nice to get support from a real person instead of trying to navigate through hundreds of pages of FAQs trying to find someone else with the same specific issue.
Know your $#*! before buying from them. Ordered hard drive latter i could not afford at 1st just went with a small ssd i got a 6TB WD Black HDD they way charged me twice the amount for. A few things are shady with the company besides that i been pleased there so called tech support is a bit lacking as they want use 3rd party software if needed to fix any thing you would need to send in even if the 3rd party software is free. I also had hardest time getting my free games that came with some of my hard ware. Also shorted me on extra things came with motherboard a little here a littel there they will try to make as much money off you as possible. I got a xidax based on the idea i get life time warranty but dam did i pay for that warranty big time. Buy a system from them they gonna charge you mark up prices on the parts used may be paying double. Like i did just buying the hard drive from them
I purchased a gaming computer from Xidax for $700 after speaking with the owner to find a system for my son. I was assured it was a good fit to play Minecraft and Fortnite. I bought it as a Christmas present and made payments for a whole year. It never played a game without crashing. I was told I would have to buy another part for $500 to make it play games.
My son is still without a way to play his favorite games on the weekends. He's a great student and an athlete and the best kid. I told him if he got Honor Roll I would get him a gaming computer. He did his part and so did I. They are holding no responsibility or accountability for the lemon they sold me.

They promised 1 month ETA and I followed up 4 times to ensure all the parts in stock, I went through with sales specialist and confirmed everything I selected is in stock. 4 times I followed up (almost every week to ensure all good) - Tracking dashboard they have useless, it just shows order placed. Evverytime i connected with them the response was same. "It really doesnt take us too long to build, it is jst the queue taking too long". Any ways my I waited till my ETA shipping date (1 month!), and contacted them again as there was still no progress. This time sales rep said the case is out of stock and they are waiting for it. That was it. Canceled right away and after reading these comments, I am so glad I did. I wanted to give XIDAX a chance but now I am just a defender for anywhere I see review box for XIDAX to let the others know how terrible their process and dont trust their word.

Second unit bought from Xidax.
I find their units solid. First unit is 7years old. Operating in high temps. Has kept up really well. All games (Assassin's creed, Far Cry etc) play without glitches. All software doing just fine. One USB port non-functional, but eh. Started to slow just a bit and wanted an upgrade. So handed it down to someone and it is still working fine. (They will be using far less intensive applications.) Oh and the panel had come with a dent. Got it replaced free of charge.
New unit doing well out-the-box. No issues. Packaging was stellar. (It came a long way.)
Found them online while searching for something a bit...more. The highlights:
1) Customer service. Their agents are patient, helpful and not pushy. They may suggest a higher unit than what you had in mind, but they explain why and it is all verifiable. No gimmicks to try and rush you. Good responsiveness as well.
2) Good range of choices. With basement and refurbished deals
3) Cool freebies (linked to purchase price)
4) Frequent sales
I think they could do better with the instructions in the package and with labelling the extra parts, but likely most people buying from them know their way around.
I see comments about their warranty, but it's just one of those legal things you HAVE to read beforehand.
Giving high marks until proven otherwise.

Bought a fairly high end computer, have had a couple of problems two years in and support got my fixed up fairly quickly with a new power supply and GPU. No complaints here. It's worth it.

So I am going to begin by saying that Spencer is an amazing Sales Rep and hooked me up with the perfect PC, I had an issue with UPS breaking my new monitor that was ordered as well and Jesse was able to assist me in getting it sent back and replaced. Absolute legends.
