The product is ok, but it's complex and if anything goes wrong Tineco does not stand by their product. The first vacuum I ordered leaked from the clean water tank on arrival. I didn't get a replacement for over a month after hounding their customer service. The second one I received was also defective and it took another month! The third works, but god forbid anything happens I doubt they'll stand by their product.
It's all in the title. These expensive, trendy material. Jackets are cool, have a lot of pockets, and even have a built-in heater but they aren't rain proof. The heater is also incredibly weak. As you may be able to see in the photo, the jacket soaked through after 30 minutes in moderate rain.

Avoid at all costs.

Bought a fairly high end computer, have had a couple of problems two years in and support got my fixed up fairly quickly with a new power supply and GPU. No complaints here. It's worth it.

For those who don't want to build their own PC, this is a great option. I've had nothing but great experiences having my PC repaired, upgrading parts, and even troubleshooting software.
